I also bought this game/simulator a while ago, and although I thought my 'old' PS3 controller would work on it, it sadly doesn't. The question is, what is a reasonable affordable controller that can be used for this game? And no, I don't want to spend over 100 euro/dollars for it, not even 50 if it comes down to it. I rather buy a second hand controller belonging to a certain type of console that just *works*. Any tips?

I purchased the Aquila16 BNF kit and using it with my Emax E8 elrs transmitter. And using the transporter 2 goggles. The issue I have is my TinyHawk III Freestyle is factor set in AIR MODE. Meaning when I increase the throttle past half way returning the throttle to zero doesn't do anything it just stays at full throttle. And the motors compensate for the bank angle increasing rpm. Gonna remove air mode to learn how to fly.

I have spent a couple of hours now trying to get the drl simulator to recognise my controllers, xbox and dji mavic mini controller, but I just get the message no hardware detected. Researching in the internet I see this problem has been ongoing for some years now, and is still persisting! It is incredible that this bug has not been fixed all these years. All the solutions suggested in the internet have failed and I´m pretty disgusted by this software. I see you have just ignored this problem.
