Yes. Little salt and lemon. Try to strain because often the egg will have lumps. Do not whisk the egg fast or you will form bubbles. Bubbles are not bad, but when it's cooked it makes it look not smooth. That's it 😁

You can use brown sugar, only difference will be that the sugar will taste a bit stronger. I have made with this recipe many times, both in individual ramekins and the oval tin and it hasn't failed me yet 😁

They both look really good. Not a fan of blue cheese though. I've never had an elk burger. Closest would be a bison burger I guess... and that was great. I'd definitely try them both. 😊 Going by just the video I think I would choose Sam's.

My dear man, can I inquire as to the system of measurements you used? At 2.16 you say 130-135. What are these numbers? Celsius, Fahrenheit? Your recipe is great, I voted up, but please consider this: 195 countries in the world use metric system. Only 3 countries use the outdated mucked up system nobody knows, aside form said 3 countries with a combined population of 390 mil people. The world is bigger than US, you know.
