The girls I watch that are in Japan to work, they cook food for about 2-3 days so that when they come home they can warm up or they take it with them for their lunch. They also buy bread, bananas and other things. The prepared food they buy is usually discounted and that’s when they buy it and they buy a lot. They use it for lunch meals or dinner when they come home. They do cook but usually it’s for more than one meal because they are short on time off like you. I cook differently for myself because I’m vegetarian and my family isn’t but I try to prepare vegetables and freeze portions so I can quickly add hot water to make individual size soup for me and I also cook a few things so that I just warm up for my meal. It does save money, time and better for me. I think you’re already aware of the benefits …it just needs time to get into the habit of doing it. I say, to do what you can and adjust for time and your energy because you need rest too. Thank you for sharing …it helped remind me why I do this too. 🙂

Hi Roy… make sure you buy a good quality multivitamin. I have exactly the same problem as you at present… I have a lot going on and my routine is totally gone. I’m eating crap… not getting to the gym as much and feeling pretty crap. Many consider routine humdrum, but it can be a life saver sometimes. It works for me. So I’m determined to get back some form of structure. Remember… a good multivitamin. Take care my friend 😊😉

One friend I have did the same -held off monetization for a long time. She now has it on and making a lot of money. So maybe not now but when you return home that would be an option for you. She struggled financially before but now left her work and does TH-cam and also helps others learn how to make a living on TH-cam. I also watch other foreign workers in Japan and they are making money on TH-cam as well but they are from the Philippines.

Night shifts can be challenging🙁....used to work 10hours shift then be on call for another 5 hours so when returning to days it could be exhausting. Me gustaría que tengas más tiempo para dormir y puedas descansar más, espero que tu salud siempre esté bien por favor cuídate y no te saltes las comidas!
