I started to listen to yngwie when I was in middle school back in 1998 and today his music still makes me excited damn he’s just godlike on the guitar, but I’m actually wondering what kind of joy he gets from playing now if a human like him plays an instrument like that, I mean is there even something he can’t do😂doesn’t he feel bored 😅

He's very good but he needs a second guitar or organ for lead breaks as it sounds like there's something missing especially as you can hardly hear the bass and drums its as if he's playing lead breaks on he's own with nobody else

Omg, I love this song to. I’ve heard Rickey say this before about this song in an interview. Actually every song Blackfoot done is incredibly epic. I grew up on Blackfoot. Rickey and the guys are simply amazing. Love love love these guys !! 🔊🤍🤘🏼💀🤘🏼🤍🔊

Robin Trower rocked my world at the age of 15. I heard Day of the Eagle on New York's WPLJ (the Carol Miller show) and I was floored. I first heard Hendrix when I was 9, Trower and Hendrix were my 2 guitar gods. I like all kinds of music except country (when I hear it I get nausea) and most rap (for the exception of RATM and The Beastie Boys since they have a lot of metal influences). RIP James Dewar (the man had such a rich voice),

Joes book is fantastic! I have the audio version and Joe reads it. I have listened to it 3 times now and everytime I do it seems I hear something I didnt before. His voice is soothing and you feel like you are there with him as he goes back in time where it all started. Highly recommend.

I don't know anyone who rocks like Rickey does. I saw Blackfoot w/Rickey at Virrat in Finland in 1985. I also saw Lynyrd Skynyrd w/Rickey at Järvenpää in Finland in 1996. Both times Rickey was dynamite.

Wow! This time i could stand his performance 8 minutes 13 seconds; now i must check if there's a mosquito on speed/steroids in my ear or if it's only the afterglow... Yngwie - Fan the first maybe 10-15 years, then i had enough! But every time seeing him i can say one thing for sure: He's STILL a burning Wheel of Fire with great feeling! If he just would play less SOMETIMES... (i know what you're gonna say now: more is more! 🙃).

I was at this rock festival. Some great bands that weekend. Anthrax, Black Label Society, LA Guns, Faster Pussy Cat, Skid Row and Lita Ford to name a few. Great food and plenty of smokin hot metal women. 🤘
