This is a short video on Hollow body warm up, not work out. To short burst the core muscles and shoulders. Tight legs, pointed toes. Rounding in the shoulders to a closed position. Always do these under instruction or supervision of an adult or a coach. Always check with your coach before working on drills and skills.
