A nice memorial for a really nice man. I used to be one of his chair carriers at Northern Faire ( Novato ) , for his last 8 years there. He told great stories backstage, and had a biting wit. At the Dickens Fair he was Father Christmas. Long Live Master Ticklebottom!

Have seen this on stage a couple of times and also have the DVD. I love everything about it, including the music.

I love naturequest! Their album celtic renaissance is one I grew up listening to. My high school had a teacher who played it during test to help concentration and because he loved the music.

Was the festival better when it was in Devore than it is now in Irwindale?

I went and saw them 1988 I think @ The State Theatre in Sydney. Absolutely brilliant. People dancing in the aisles and standing ovations in a packed house. <:o)

It is so strange and delightful when you share the same memories with someone you've never met. I was faire folk in Devore in the late 80s and happened to stumble upon your videos. I spent one of my summers working in the Quoits game booth, and gasped when that photo made me remember the fear of climbing that platform lol. Only did it once! Thank you for sharing and for preserving such a beautiful and magical moment in time. ❤ happy happy memories.☀️
