This, pre vacuumed it does not suck any of the dirty water up, even after cleaning the machine and unblocking it’s a load of crap.
i noticed it does use soap and water obviously nothing near a commercial vacuumed but still cleans well

Trigger tool will not pick up water
I have one. It'll remove the general dust and dirt from the carpet but if you have actual staining it's pretty ineffective. Overall I'd say it works a little better than a good conventional vacuum cleaner. Except it leaves the carpet slightly damp afterwards. Maybe if I used it every month it would be more effective, but I use it probably yearly (vacuuming bi-weekly). It's nowhere near as effective as the machines you can rent from hiring shops.

I've done ridiculous things with my Bissell. I fully cleaned out a car that had years of dog on its back seats (to the point where no odour was left); I cleaned the carpets in a house that had been fully renovated (yes it took a few runs but it came up nicely). I've removed stains of many different types out of carpets from rental properties and all types of animal yuckiness. Never once had it fail on me. I'm happy I spent the money on it, and I'm glad I listened to my boss at the time who recommended it :)
I own this machine. I love it, if you have children or pets and still want a clean house this machine is AWESOME!

Hello bissell can you buy replacement water filter for this unit, YES, the bissell dealer price $86, new steam mop $12 more, wtf.
Do not buy! It worked for less than 1 year then doesn't make steam anymore. Used it 5 or 6 times tops. I agree with Neil it's crap.

The CrossAction Brush is a stationary brush it does not rotate or move from side to side.
Are the cross action brushes supposed to move from side to side or merely brush the carpet pile as the one on mine just sits still? I cant make out on any of these vids if they are moving or not! Thanks, Jo.
Please do not buy this product !!!!!!!!! It works foour times or so and then dtops producing steam and then the water tank leaks all the time. In one word CRAP!!!

Hi yucahu81 unfortunately the Lift-Off Deep Cleaner isn't suitable for hard floors as it doesn't come with a hard floor attachment. @@renehedwards1574 I haven’t understood anything from your reply. If you speak another Language I suggest you get someone else to proof your words & sentences. Also you could type it as a Word document and then do a spell check. This would help you a lot as when doing a spell check it will give you different options to replace mis spells words and punctuation.
