I couldn’t agree more. As an American living in Portugal, the wages are low. It’s best to come with a remote job or willing to create your own business. Please learn Portuguese, validate your education and bring a lot savings because you will encounter unthinkable expenses. I love Portugal. I am happier than when I was living in the USA. However, it’s a reality that one can’t deny. Don’t think that because you speak English the opportunities will be endless.

But you cant have that many sockets in a room on a single circuit breaker. You will need multiple breakers for each room because there are so many sockets.

The apartament is in a great area. I think it was a good renovation, but I'm going to be honest by saying I really didn't like the kitchen. I think it looks bland and you should invest in more quality cabinets, personally I think it looks a bit cheap. It's my sincere opinion and I hope you don't get offended.
