I help people argue less so they can talk more.
How to Handle Conversations When You Know Someone is Lying
Ever had that nagging feeling that someone isn’t being honest with you?
It’s frustrating when you know something’s off, but you’re not sure how to address it. Especially without things getting messy.
Here’s the good news: You don’t have to call someone out directly to get closer to the truth.
In this episode, I’m breaking down 3 subtle ways to handle conversations when someone isn’t telling the whole story.
These 3 strategies will help you keep your cool, let the other person’s honesty (or lack of it) reveal itself, and avoid getting tangled up in their story.

Thank you for taking the time to create these videos. They're truly beneficial to many people. I appreciate! 🙏
I'd say idk that's none of my business or simply say no comment
How did u learn all this? Were u born with this or did u learn by making mistakes?
Silence and look at them square in the eye. “AWKWARD” (It works and It is extremely beneficial. )
Perfect 🤩. Thank you!
Needed this info last night!
Thanks ! I struggle with getting too many invites and find myself exhausted ….rehearsing your lines to help me focus more on self care …
Thank you!💖🙋♀️
Excellent thanks very much 😅
Dude 😎 you are rocking it😅
Love you , you are best
I love this Channel
Very helpful, LISTEN and CLARIFY with a question. Then give your OPINION. Sometimes I get anxious and get lost in listening- so the advice to ask a clarifying question gives me time to listen more and think calmly. And if I am too anxious- I can just say "I'm not sure, or I don't know, or that's interesting ..." Thank You
1. Listen before you assume and answer wrong. 2. Clarify the question in order to answer correctly. 3. Sort the question they are asking on what you know or do not know.
Interesting 🤔
Thank you😊
Hope your book sales are going well. Thanks for all your great fresh content!!
Really like your advice !
I agree❤
I think I needed to hear this!
Gosh, you're good! This is very helpful to me.
This is so good. Your ability to get a confession so smoothly and confidently is amazing. The other person can't even hate you in the end, lol! I would love to be a fly on the wall in the courtroom when you're tying a case!
This one is the hardest. 😊
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Since my TBI 7 years ago I’ve been easy to tears in difficult conversations and I’ve been very frustrated with being teary. Now I feel I have a better understanding and acceptance of them. I knew about Box breathing, have taught it to my patients frequently but did not apply it to my ease of frustrating tears. I’ll label my tears now and box breath! Thank you 🙏
You are an absolute delight!!😊
Boleh saya tanya kah masalah peribadi atau pun keperluan Badani dan persoalan tentang isu kewangan sama kah tidak?
My sisters are both just nasty liars. When they know theyve told a ridiculous whopper, they keep telling the lie but now ive told it..just to see the reaction..
Why being with people who disrespect you? Something wrong with yourself?
Sometimes I extend my hand as if to initiate a shake. When they shake with me I put my other hand on our hands and say It’s been great to talk, thank you. Till next time. Then I nod my head to them, and dismiss myself.
✔️
Excellent advice AND explanation of it. God bless you for sharing your wisdom and experience.
Super😊 ✨✨✨
Your advise how to react to mother who constantly says "I am sorry I am so bad mother" is controversial to me. You presume manipulation, this is obvious as you are a lawyer, and -maybe you are right. However, I would rather invite mother one day to a nice wine and talk to her: "Mum, you constantly says, you are a bad mother. What kind of mother you wanted to be ? What you wanted to give me which you cannot" .
❤🎉
Spot on as always! Thank you!
Il try this on my gossip neighbour and her daughter 🧒 they are friends with everyone on the road and then come away and gossip about them ! The daughter is exactly the same and even contacted people on fb to try find out what she could about me ! But I play dumb and am always nice and polite but now I’m going to try this technique ❤
(it's) "your right" (to be an idiot) lol got it. 10 4 👍🏼
Sound asvi e from a defence attorney and
Very concise. Disarming. Helpful. I’m appreciative
As usual I enjoyed that episode. I learned how to deal with emotions , and the most interesting phrase when u said that “ what triggers you, teaches you “, it warmed my heart as well my brain to recognise the thing made me upset… thank u ❤
👍💯
You sir are a gift of wisdom ❤

Love this
Thank you for all the intelligent responses! it's easy to remain calm when using your techniques to talk to difficult people. ❤
This works great to stand up for other people or to be out of such lowlife vibes... except, now I'm excluded and the one being gossiped about... however, I still need to interact on a regular basis... so how does one stop that! :(
I was married to a pathological lying narcissist for 12 years I don't think I ever let him know that Iknew he was lying. He vibrated with constant anger, but always denied that he was angry. I was scared of him of him. I had to bide my time until I hot things together to leave. I said I was going to Italy for a couple if months 21 years later im still here. This way if dealing with a liar would never work with him
How does one get a diagnosis of narcissism?? The narcissists I know believe there is nothing at all wrong with them and therefore see no need to see a therapist and also they say therapists are bad.
Yes!!!! ❤
