@Roulhalt this has to be the best instructional video on weaver I've seen. I really want to get into this spec and i see all these 100 move long rotations with no explanation on WHY they're using those attunements and skills in that order. Im wondering if you have an updated version of the build within the current patch and changes such as relics being added to the game. It seems like most of the popular builds out there are very much glass canon builds and i want this kind of survivability. How do you feel about Celestial gear on this build? Given all the mix of stats i would think it would be good, but the way you have increased condi damage based on your toughness makes me think it's probably worth farming for some Trailblazers! Thanks for the great detailed vid!

Honestly...this may not be the class for me. 6 minutes in describing the rotation...eeeehhh. I'm just not a fan of having to keep track of such a multitude of abilities.

How much DPS increase is it from getting Perfect Weave? I avoid going for Perfect Weave in real fights and instead just swap between fire, earth, and air (only when I activate Weave Self). This seems fine but I may not be taking all the advantage of the rotation due to my skill issue. Do you think Perfect Weave is worth going for in real fights with mechanics and suboptimal boons?

would you say its better, easier to play and not as squishy as weaver? I am considering to try it out, maybe as condi or power not sure yet

Okay so committing this rotation to memory has practically casued me a stroke and a seizure, but I believe I've got it now. All that remains is to put it into practice in content where I need to constantly be on the move lmao. Adapting this rotation certainly improved my dps tho, so thanks!

is this power weaver? may i see your build?

hi, if you take catas elite you can panic spam water or "other" skills 2 times in row, mainly water->3 if you take arcane trait line. sure is handy in EoD bosses. Also icebow is good if your water attunement is on cooldwon.

Amazing video, this helped me understand weaver so much better. I really liked the section with the small healing combo, really clever ! If I may, Id love to suggest two things to you, one: you know your stuff and you talk easily about it, but adding some text on top when you speak about rotation and combo would make the pausing and playing game way less complicated and help us understand more easily ! (I just started playing, I had a lot of pause play to do) And two, If there is enough content for that, Id love to see a video with small combo like the healing one, for example, maybe a defiance break rotation or anything usefull like these. I love your work and the effort you put into it !

At least btth and fa are not incredibly strong so anet will hard nerf it. I think if it stays like that it would be "healthy", but from what i've heard the cauterizing buff is not even implemented yet... so that might change it a bit Also cannot wait to get my hands on my pc this weekend

Great video roul! Tbh I still prefer fresh air in my encounters. Even if it does a little less, I find having better access to cc is super valuable and the burst is too good when phasing things super quickly. In real encounters being able to get back to air-air is also a nice bonus. Of course under 50% is sad, but I'd always prefer a fresh air main when I know cc is on the table.

Are you doing any animation canceling, I am stuck with 37K with Cata and I could not figure out why...

Hey! Do infusions make a lot of difference in dps? I can only do 31-32k without them, I know my rotation isn't clean yet, but I'd like to know about that difference, thanks!
