    Your Such a Great Teacher...You should be Very Proud of Yourself. Your patience and go over where it's easier to learn ASL. I like how you take time to go over signs and preform them slower and go over the ways to express emotions. Thank You So Much!

    I've been wondering about the word "of" while learning to sign the song, "King Of Kings". Have seen four different ways to sign the line, "King of kings." 1) "King" (K had shape, shoulder to hip), then repeated (the word "of" is just dropped). 2) "King", then the word "of" is finger spelled, then "king" is signed again. 3) "King", then a sign that is new to me --- each hand is in a fist with thumbs extended up, the non-dominant hand stays still while the dominant hand is raised above it. 4) Ditto to #3, then "king" is signed again. Too many ways to sign the same thing and it's confusing. Can you add any insight to help me understand?

    I work in a casino. And we have a deaf guest that always looks for me to sign. I have been learning ASL by watching TH-cam videos for the last year.

    Can you show and explain some of the different ways the sign SINCE/UP UNTIL NOW gets used in sentences/phrases? I feel like sometimes it's not always immediately clear to me how it's being used grammatically, or how I should use it.

    This is awesome bc I'm a server and my fav customers are deaf and sometimes i don't know how to ask them certain things about their food. But I need to know how to ask FRIED or GRILLED for customers and I can't find it anywhere. And is there a specific sign for sweet and unsweet tea?     Help. I need advice please. Im right handed, but have lost most of the movement in my right hand due to arthritis, so I mostly try to sign one handed, as much as possible. (I'm just a beginner learner) how can I improve my signing efficiency? Unfortunately, my left hand also has arthritis, just not as severe. But i AM learning. 😊

      This is the hard answer...it's just time and practice. One thought...do you warm up your hands before you begin? That may be a way to get your hands and your mind warmed up before you begin.

    Does referring to a "Judge" not need a person classifier? As opposed to, "He is going to judge the case."

      It is a good question. I have not seen the person classifier used with this sign. However, I have seen another sign for "magistrate"...think of striking a gavel

      As in Freshman in college...your non-dominant hand is in a "5" shape with the back of the hand facing the other person. The dominant hand, in a "5" shape. taps the little finger of the non-dominant hand, with the little finger tapping in the middle of the palm. Let me know if that is a weak explanation
