I've got a Breezair EXQ190-B that i recently put new pads in but now it seems not to be cooling. Everything appears to be working; it fills with water, the pads get wet and the fan blows, but on a recent hot day it seemed completely ineffective. Any ideas? Could the new pads be the problem?

How do you get the drain valve to stay open like that?

What if the shaft is all busted up? How is that replaced or buy a new washer? Thanks

I picked up a very large junk trolley jack for a few bucks at a garage sale. It only lifts a little. I'll use your method to get it to hopefully work long enough to install a new door on my Silverado truck. After this if nobody wants it it goes to the scrap pile. Thanks

Yeah I had a breezair one which just died on me, water tank filled like normal but it didn’t pump and then the fan just completely died, costed so much that it was cheaper to get a new unit. Got it replaced with a Braemar LCQ550, much more powerful than the old Breezair and it’s great to have a working aircon again.

Hi, after bleeding and filling ect a floor jack, when i pump the handle down the lifting arm raises but then lowers with the handle going down, SO i guessing one of the little ball bearings is slipping or damaged and letting fluid pass?

Great video mate, thank you. Looking for some advice. I keep getting service 2 error. I can switch it off and get the unit running again, but then it will do the same 10-15 mins later. I thought it was a water issue, and I did see that when running the water level was well below the probes. I’ve topped up with the hose a few times and it has worked, although right now it’s not helping at all. It doesn’t seem to be dumping the water, as the drains are dry.

My brivis cooling doesn’t release water and flow cool air only 5 mins than it flow warm air

Hi, i have an aqua breeze unit. The unit does not provide a cool air when turned on and the water is continuously flowing. Is it caused by the control board and dump valve? Thanks so much.

Note some head units won't allow apps that interrogate the device to run. I had to go through a few before I found one that would work on an Xtrons unit.

Hey mate, I’m having issues with the dump valve it keeps opening and closing constantly once I start the unit and via the panel inside the house. And when turning unit off inside the house it still keep opening and closing. Do you know why this could be happening? Thanks in advance

I have exact same jack. It will not pump up. No sign of leaks. I emptied all the old hydraulic fluid, took out all the plugs, cleaned everything inside and out. Put everything back together, refilled and bled. It still does not pump up like it should. Any ideas?

Great video, thanks. I have to restart my units 2 or 3 time because I think the water is insufficient to fill in the cistern quickly enough for the sensor. I'll try to clean up the solenoid filter. I wonder if the floating valve could slow down the water flow as well. Do you have any suggestion?

On my Kaw 1000, changed the starter motor two to three years ago, few days ago it was taking a few turns to start to fire up, battery is on a tickle charger over night, today i swapped the battery over to an older one, and tried again to start bike, nothing, put newer battery back in and still nothing only the starter motor cranking over, so thinking starter motors had it, and what a joy it is to replace, so that's me on my hands and knees for most of the morning tomorrow if it doesn't rain !
