Hello there! Mr, that kind of videos is true help for beginners like me. I am new to the world of straight razor shaving, proud owner of a C.V. Heljestrand M.K. no4 (NOS), a M.K. No30, which I love that 4/8” little devil and a solingen Widerstrahl made by Le Grelot. In addition, I only have a selected coticule and another finishing stone, that does the job. I always thought that after one or two shaves I need to hone. My mentor advice me to stay away from almost everything I saw in YT. Now I can enjoy my razors and my shaves! I had one of the very first ones and it needed some "adjustments" to close properly. Other than that, it works pretty well. Not an aggressive shaver. Looks like Pearl has solved their QC issues with the re-launch of Version 2. Good for someone with a light beard or for a clean up pass after a straight razor shave. Very economical. Blades can be had for 5 cents each.

Great! Ninja level shave with the Sextoblade shavette! You made it look so easy and I know that with the Weck it's not forgiving at all. The soap sounds like a great scent. I did have to go look for one of those Yeager meister glasses as I'd like to have one to use. Have a great weekend Matti!

Enjoy you're grog Matti, all sailers love their grog 😂...I must use my sextoblade more ! Great blades . Challenges can be scary 😅 I did a blindfold shave challenge , but you need 400 to 500 straight shaves before doing that😊 Great chat 👍.

Ti's have a great reputation, so many shavers speak well of them 👏 I've only got one ,a ⅝ I really must use it ! 😊. Possibly green crox strop the edge ? Always a gamble using someone else's edge ...but great fun 👍 🎉
