It's worth noting that the original did suffer small issues like this Its baffling these weren't addressed, but given how infrequent they were in my 7+ year 700 hour experience (meaning I could have it happen once and then never again for weeks, potentially months), they probably didn't catch it, or didn't think they hurt the experience to care

i dont remember all of this glitch on xbox 360 version of the game, I know there were a lot of bugs in the legacy version but it seems like the new version is worse

the only one I saw while playing the Switch version was Seaside Hill not loading fast enough XD

Seaside hill act 1 gave me the loop glitch where before entering the part when sonic gets pulled through the water sewer area with the breaking poles you grab, I was stuck on the fixed angle of the loop looking at the rest of the stage in a 3/4 perspective but I could still move down the path but then I died cuz the bomb killed me underwater

i’ve encountered this glitch on speedhighway act 1 or whatever it’s called, as i played it trying to 100% the game for some reason my camera inverted the game into 3d and messed up in multiple parts making me restart my entire ps5..

i had a bug where at the loop in the beginning of crisis city, i fell out of the loop, and as i was falling to the void i got launched up 2 million feet and died
