I don't think they hold up appearance wise. Because of the curvature of the bucket (ass seat), they look bubbly/wrinkled with just a little wear. Love the look new, but I think I'd go for the comfort seats.

Why’s the check engine light on?

Anyone who says lowering springs doesn't affect the handling performance clearly knows nothing about car suspensions. If you only drive on the road, then lowering springs is fine for you because you're not utilizing 50% of the car's handling capabilities. The spring rate of all aftermarket springs are progressive instead of linear which gives you that bouncy ride for comfortability. This is everything you don't want in a track car because it causes body roll. If you want handling, get coilovers.

what do you mean M5 has lag and M3 doesn't have lag? do you mean when you press the gas pedal nothing happens? engine not responding, turbo not spooling, nothing for around half a second. i tested an M5 and that's what it felt like.

Damn I had a jahre too on May 15 I was on my way home from the chiropractor and somehow lost control had brain surgery in a coma and car was totaled . Hopefully I will get a CS next. In the meantime I just got a bronco raptor but I miss my M3.

I’ve driven a F80 with the buckets. How does the G80 buckets compare to the F80? F80 was not comfortable for me.

Adaptive suspension is a weak point! Rides stiff in comfort mode imo

its not that the leds are cheaper than lasers (which is true) but the same thing with the m340i the led technology surpasses the laser technology so bmw decided to just install led instead of having a laser option

For anyone lost in the sauce. If you have an M3. Just order Eibach front only 20mm lowering springs. Brings the car even with the back, front gap is gone. You don’t lose any comfort or performance. Stays 99 percent stock.
