    dissolve 25 gm not 12.5 because you prepare 500 ml standard method say: Dissolve 50 g K2CrO4 in a little distilled water. Add AgNO3 solution until adefinite red precipitate is formed. Let stand 12 h, filter, and dilute to 1 L with distilled water.

      you make high concentration calibration standard. At high concnentration small mistake may loss iron content during rinsing, pipetting. making final volume. Do very carefully. 200 ppm iron is very high amount. If possible if available follow another method. Do very sincerly you get good result from this method also.

      Your sample contains very low amount of iron. Negative value indicates iron is like zero value. Write amount of iron is < 0.001 ppm in report. Negative value means very very low iron present. Please Don't confuse.

      please dip the electrode of ph meter about 2 days in pH 4 solution or tap water and clean electrode gently with brush. May be work. If no please contact your supplier.
