@@kentuckesseeangler I have eat many small drum over the years I prefer them over bass any day but thats just my opinion. I remember when i did eat them as a kid we would remove the rocks from their head and collect them like treasure. Those were the days. Keep it up you are one of my favoriate of all. Real deal every day fishing for whats biting at the time. God bless.

I was randomly casting not expecting anything haha, I kept dragging my bait through the weeds and when it started bumping it shocked us, I don’t know if I’ll ever have such a perfectly timed catch again!!

Thank you brother!! So we were fishing in Eagle River, WI and we ended up working several of the bigger lakes but as you could see there was so much boat traffic, and on a Monday! It wasnt even worth casting! Watersmeet lake was great though and our outfitters were right off of it. We used “Wild Wood Outdoor Adventures” I can’t speak highly enough of them. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the campground we were on was theirs as well. Fair pricing, they had a pretty wide range of kayaks and paddle boards, and a really accommodating shuttle service. The good fishing we did was below the dam there on the Wisconsin River, it’s about a 30 minute easy paddle from the grounds. They have a couple pick up points but they worked with us and picked us up at one that wasn’t even on there map, all it took was a phone call while on the water. If I were to go back in time, id have fished that river all three days!

Thanks Paul!! That trip was some of the most fun I’ve ever had camping and fishing! Just an incredible river, great fish, and great company! That pike was the big one we needed hahaha the smallies were very plentiful and walleye were decent too!!

I really do wish I was there right now, just got in the oven of my car after some panfishing and nearly burst into flames. So I didn’t get a measurement on it! We were waiting to get picked up in the side of some highway and I decided to throw a few casts while chatting and figured I’d film it. Got really lucky. I’ll tell you one thing, the footage doesn’t do it justice, my 2nd camera had gotten soaked and decided to film in super fast motion so it totally screwed up my main shot of it. The tiny bit I showed was all I could salvage after slowing it down and cleaning up the footage. I took a really good picture and it looked like a giant. I was convinced it was a musky till my brother laid eyes on it!

😂 lol My gosh that guy drives me crazy. If it was once or twice a week I wouldn’t mind! It’s almost every day, he drives back and forth the same 2 miles of river blasting music. It’s been this way for 3 years 😤 The craw was amazing for the price as well, I’d put it up with the best of them durability and action wise! Thank you so much for the kind words brother!!!!
