I have moved forward done alot of therapy and the professionals are just interesting in prescribing medication and if i dont conply i could get secrioned again my mental health issues are all becaise of trauma i endured and coz of losimg my brother he was fasting wen he was attacked it was that one Ramadan wen the hours were very long we will never get a Ramadan like that again in our lifetime. He was chased to his death now my moms health is bad and i have ptsd so although in my daily life i have moved forward but wen i sleep n have flashbacks it does make me feel like i cant move on so i need some àdvice on this

I told the psychiatrist I heard a voice it started wen my friend that I was in prison with in 2010 said there's a woman that reads people's palms and she just wants tobacco for it my friend said she's gonna do it so we was sitting in the association room and she started telling her things that nobody knew and my friend asked her how long has she had this gift then a girl wearing a white dress that was wet and had mud on her feet n dress and she was whispering in the palm readers hand I said to my friend there's a ghost here telling the reader wat to say and I didn't know exactly wat jinns were I did learn how to read Qur'an from age 4 till 11 in arabic but I didnt read it in English .. anyway the ghost looked at me and told me to shush with her finger on her lip and then on that night wen I was in my cell I started hearing a voice and I knew it wasn't me just thinking in my head it was an actual voice I couldn't see the ghost but I heard her she was telling me how to kill myself quickly saying I can escape my heavy heart and bad life and not feel negative anymore and I don't know how but I stood up ripping my bed sheet into strips long ways and I got the chair and I tied the sheet around my neck and the shower rail it was like I wasn't myself I don't think she possessed me I'm not sure but it wasn't quick n painless it was horrific BUT BY THE GRACE AND MERCY OF GOD A PRISON OFFICER CAME TO DO CHECK N I WASNT IN SIGHT AND SO GE FOUND ME HANGING I WASNT BREATHING NO PULSE MY HEART STOPPED THE OFFICER WAS BRILLIANT HE CUT ME DOWN AND WAS DOING CPR ON ME HE ALERTED HEALTH CARE AND THE OTHER OFFICERS AND THEY HAD TO USE THE ELECTRIC SHOCK THINGS THINK ITS CALLED A DIFIBULATOR 1MIN AND 43SECS AND MY HEART WAS BEATING STRONG .. ASTAG'FIRU'ALLAH I WAS SO LUCKY COZ I WAS AWAY FROM ISLAM I WAS A DRUG ADDICT I GOT CLEAN IN JAIL BUT THEN THE PRISON MADE ME GO TO HEALTHCARE THEY SAID I WAS HAVING A PSYCHOTIC EPISODE I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE GHOST THEY THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY WEN I WASNT I WASNT LYING TBEY PUT ME ON A ANTI PSYCHOTIC TABLETS AND DEPRESSION TABLETS I ALREADY HAD PTSD FROM MY TRAUMATIC CHILDHOOD BUT I WASNT MAD...
