The video frame makes this suspect because the front wheels are just out of the view. Should have captured everything in view so there wont be any doubts.

It’s harder then it looks but I can promise you we aren’t try hares enough to be cheating like that. We wanna get the line clean and with no help. I promise you this guy did this legit.
Ok thats actually pretty cool. Ive done everything RC related but never could get into RC rock crawlers. This looks fun though

The hills in Santee? Mission Trails. I live in Mira Mesa. Still haven’t figured out where to crawl
@@Socalnik66 Yeah this is in Santee up on the rocks behind West Hills high school. We go out on runs every Friday night.

Great video. I’m looking at getting one of the smaller crawler rigs would you recommend the enduro12 Sendero or the axial utb18 ? Thank you.
We have had a lot of issues with this Enduro12. There is no real solution for the weird size servo that it has. The 2in1 esc also went out. I would honestly recommend the UTB18 out of the two. The aftermarket support for it is also better.

Oops! Only issue is the tires getting twisted up
@@SmashLabRC Are they vented? If not, do you think venting would keep them from twisting up? Or would venting make it worse?
@@pwrofgrayskull I vented them midway through filming this. I did four holes in each tire removing a little material. If anything it may have made them a little worse.

It’s an AGFRC 12v direct
What pinion and spur gears you running.
It’s a stock Element spur and I am usually around 10 teeth on the pinion
Junk beef tubs is the way to go
What chassis is on that rig?

@@jimbo4203 This is actually a 10 scale. It's an Exo Everest chassis hiding underneath, rear portal axle, heavy brass up front, 35% OD, LCG trans. It's a bit of a sleeper!

I have the enduro 12 also but that stock body could be better. I chucked an old clodbuster body on mine. Got some beadlocks and tires and shocks on the way. The stock shocks were too weak to hold thw heavy hard body. She crawls great.
My kind of Submarine !

Those two hole you mentioned that seemed like an after thought are actually for mounting the battery box in front if you want. The battery box can be removed and reveal a plate underneath for mounting a larger battery. If you watch Element's video it shows the removal of the box for a larger battery.
