I am living through this situation at the moment. We have gone no contact and created space while he sorts it out, to give ourselves the beat chance of working out together down the line. I noticed a deep connection forming between myself and a married coworker. I think I managed to catch it early. I aired my feelings, but also straight away drew boundaries and laid out how his actions were contributing to my feelings. He struggled with denial of it for almost a year, however now is starting the process of tidying up his primary relationship. I'm still holding boundaries and creating space.
