Straight leg calve raises are better then seated calve raises but both hit different lengths and muscles of the calves Imo both have there own place
Plank (or foot assisted planche), the one you do with elbows and straighten the body. Just do situps instead 😮
I believe both serve a different purpose. Depends on your goals. If just targeting abs then sit ups is good If targeting total core then planks is great

G meri pat pehle se hai magar muscle bhi kum hai. Mera strength aur size per abhi focus hai. Jab apni strength target reach kerlo ga phir Insha Allah cutting aur pat per kaam Karon ga Mein pehle 110kg hota tha eik time per abhi 90kgs
