RMC used to be a great company. Unfortunately Sr managers started getting too high on the hog with bigger salaries the company went downnhill. A lot of company money is spent on trips, rewards and bonuses for the sales, marketing and office staff. The people that work with their hands and do the heavy lifting receive $50 gift cards or a free lunch every month if they are lucky. The family who s kids are both co- CEO have seen the writing on the wall so sold out to a public company and I hope they will cut the upper management fat to reduce all the waste. RMC once a family run company started in 1888 and died in 2023. RIP

Anyone considering this powder system please forget about it. As a 20+ year water service technician for boilers and chillers I can t tell you the amount of times that these dispensers get blocked up thus causing no chemical to reach the water. Unless your system is a huge one stick to liquid in drums or 5gal pails. You will be lifting a few more pounds of product but can much better control your costs and system from fouling up. If the small units replace many pails of product and doesnt get consumed till next season you will be throwing lots of money in the garbage. If the salesman tries to push and sell you on it go with another company. Theres no magic bullets here just more sales upselling to get your money.

Thats my Job,I clean up a Pub Hotel,Such as mopping floors,Hoovering up carpets,Cleaning up the Beer garden,Includes wipping tables down,Putting ash tray out,Cleaning up the staff rooms,Cleaning up the staff toilets,Cleaning up the Pub Bar and chairs,Looks like the real start's first thing in the Morning,Im be working from 1am till 7am in the Morning up until the 12th January,Then got a few shifts of work after that,Need to earn the money some how,Start of the New year again,Looks like most of that money be paid on Bills,Then thats that out of the way,Got to earn the money some how,Since its been 2024,Done more spending cuts,Almost living on nothing to cut costs the best I can
