All I heard was a lot of talking and where is the gd work out meathead?
Was disappointed that this vid was 98% just an interview. No lifting in sight
Hawk looks that guy Dave Canterbury off the show Dual Survivor.
Not a single weight was lifted... RIP Hawk and Animal btw.
Great to see them break Kayfabe and see them as they are. Seem like very cools guys!
Bobby should have slapped this idiot every time he said “I mean” until he stopped saying so.
Hawk with that stupid bandana...
Stupid bandana or stupid hair… Also this was 97, Hawk had a pretty standard 97 big guy look. Bandanas and baggy’s were in all the gyms.
Greatest tag team an manager ever
Never be a greater brag team an manager
Hgh tren and Dianabol work. But u won’t live passed 50
Learn how to spell. It's past 50 not passed 50 smh
Hawk has the classic steroid voice. Seems not everyone get it but quite a few do. HBK and Hawk stand out.
Wow, is it just me or Animal could talk!
The rock was more down to earth at this time. Real likeable dude.
No actual working out.. not 1 rep
Technically that was Hawk doing curls behind Animal. 1:27 6:20 Animal doing leg extensions.
What year was this
Back in the early 90's I used to work out at the same gym Animal (and sometimes Hawk) trained in Plymouth, MN. I remember working in on a set of preacher curls with Animal and Mike Enos (one of the Beverly Brothers/Destruction Crew). Both were ordinary guys just there to train.
Ever see Scott Norton?
@@shamrock32 Nope. No Norton. I saw Masa Saito once. HUGE calves. Rick Rude I saw once (he was in WCW at the time, so he must have been on the road). Kevin Wacholz (Nailz/Kevin Kelly) I saw a few times. Curt Hennig was there every day, but I never saw him work out. He would just hang around the front desk and shoot the bull. I didn't understand why at the time, but I later learned that he had injured his back and received an insurance payout (the back injury seemed to have been completely legit, or at least it was bad enough that he could not even train).
Part 2??
By 1997 the only thing that made Hawk look like one of the Road Warriors was the paint and the haircut. The physique was long gone. The only gym time Hawk got in all year was probably for this video. I know I heard an interview with Animal that Hawk liked to get in and out of the gym as quick as possible. Hawk went from one of the most amazing upper-body physiques in 1987 to looking like a jobber in 1997.
By 97 they were a few years past their prime. The drugs and partying etc...They could of gone a few more years if Hawk cleaned up.
Hawk was still pretty big but not like he was 5 years earlier. For me he was still passable as Hawk.
Cool to see Hawk doing squats. April Fool's.
Lyle alzado in the back ground lol
Bobby heenan is a all time great love him rip a wrestling national treasure until we meet again
R.I.P Animal & Hawk 🙏 You're dearly missed. Inspirational Athelites.
They were much better in NWA and WCW. Vince misused them
They always trained together except for legs, Animal said Hawk never trained legs.
He was a rare treasure as a performer!
He’s got a nice calm voice and killer eyes. The kinda guy you don’t mess with.
We can't hear you.
And you`re both dead. Be careful with the juice.
Yeah they’re both dead, but hundreds of millions of people all around the world will talk about them for decades to come. When you die, your family will talk about you for a couple of years and then you’ll be forgotten. Who has the better legacy?
Heenan’s mother died in 1979? I never knew that. I wonder if that had a hand in him going to Georgia that year??
Sherri Martel is WAY Ahead of sunny! WTF is she thinking? Sherri is the Best woman ever
Yo, where's part 2 people?
What year was this filmed ?
97
I met Bobby once....he called me "a humanoid".
lol
Animal was one of the strongest prowrestlers in the gym and Hawk had one of the most chiseled physiques in prowrestling
When I was 5, my grandma loved pro wrestling. I was introduced to Dick The Bruiser’s WWA. Bobby had left by the time I started watching, but they would show some classic clips and when I saw Bobby Heenan, I was hooked. The bumps he took then were the greatest. The same week, I saw Bruiser Brody for the first time in the WWA. What a week.
What year was this?
Looks to be 2002-2003
Good interview. Didn’t know this existed.
“Animal also has psychological problems but he won’t admit it, so I’ll do it for him.” Lmfao
Strange, Hawk says Brody and Hanson, but sounds like they faced them? Or maybe he's confused and means they would be the toughest? They had a match with Hanson and Race, but I have never heard of one including Brody?
I remember seeing these two at my local gym when I was a kid also saw the warlord there. Biggest dudes I've ever seen lol.
This must have been mid 90s if they're talking about the Headbangers
97
I became a wrestling fan at age 8 in 1968, and when I was ten I started buying the wrestling magazines. At least one of the magazines I would buy every single month would have a picture of Bobby Heenan on the cover, and almost invariably his face would be covered with blood. What a thrill it was to finally be able to watch him manage beginning in 1984 in the WWF after years of reading about all the stuff he did. I've met a few wrestlers over the years, but the two I most wanted to meet are Mick Foley and Bobby Heenan. Bobby, you are truly missed.
What year was this
what did you think when warrior won the belt in 90?
Gym guys💪🏼😤💯
Que es barefoot
WOW! Hawk was a hot mess.
"12 years ago, I was a 22 years old. Anyone can do math. Now I'm a 35 year old man..." 🤔🤣🤣🤣
Hawk sounds so much like Jake Roberts from the 80's and 90's
They lived together for a while. Makes sense
It's sad to see these two on crack
GOD BLESS Beautiful Nancy Argentina and Her Family ... Snuka absolutely did not take any prisoners because he kills them like he did Beautiful Nancy Argentina ❤ She was a incredibly lovely looking young lady that seemed to have had an innocent about her that was taken only because she was in love and in fear ...
I mean ..I mean…I mean ….
great time
Best tag team ever! Best tag team in heaven! What a rush
