    If I were to up and move to the Metro Vancouver area out west, I'd settle in either Burnaby or Kitsilano.

      @@realestateinvancouver Well, Kitsilano is considered one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the Metro Vancouver area, meaning that there's not much need for a car, has a great beach, has a community pool by the beach, and is close to the main downtown area of Vancouver, while Burnaby has a lot of outdoors stuff for being part of the bustling city, such as its parks, lakes, and mountain, so you can have all kinds of outdoor fun while still being lose to home in the city.

    I think $700k for the 1012 beach avenue is a reasonable offer
