What if the red seal is printed on the left side of the $2 bill rather than the ridht side? Is that a printing error? Does it increase the value of the $2 bill?

Our new federal reserve notes look like Monopoly money. The BEP has really hit the bottom of the barrel here. Recently, the BEP has begun removing the error notes or star notes as some collectors call them. For collectors this is going to sting. When a note is replaced it is designated with a star note making it a bit more expensive than an ordinary note. Over Time, those bills could increase in sellers pricing providing the error note is rare, or has a low serial number, and the overall condition of the bill is in excellent condition. My favorite notes are the silver certificates from 1928, through 1957. The artistry of the early silver certificates (1928), is breath taking. The 1953 series silver certificates, and later years through 1957 look blah. I am by no means an expert, but I have been collecting various notes since the mid to late 1980s. It is the collecting, and the stories about our history's notes that is fascinating to me. As for any note buy what you can afford, and have fun. TY.

Maria Theresa Thaler are NOT STERLING they are 83.3% silver. 5 parts silver and 1 part copper!!!!! not 92.5%, (correct though that they contain 0.75 troy ounces of silver) 🙂 and should weigh 28 grams!
