@@tjwittenback3066 The positive PNA is projected by models to kick off December, but some models like the GFS have it dropping off and leaving by the second week of the month. That could change though, so either way a guaranteed cold period through December 4-7 at least, then more uncertainty

I have a long trucking trip and laws to follow as to how long, when to take breaks etc. I'll be traveling Wednesday, but now know when I need to get to the Maryland border to avoid snow. Knowing the timing of the storm allows me to plan a 700 mile trip from Indiana to Baltimore. I watch a lot of TH-cam weather channels when trip planning during Winter. Most will talk in terms of days, or morning/night... you gave me timestamps.

@@QuikFix01 I’d say you’ll have a better chance if any storm can make its way through the colder air behind this system. The problem with this storm is that it has a lot of ridging and will continue to pull warmer winds ahead of the front, so it will be too mild even there for snow

@@LisaHarvey-e8r The chance for South Carolina snow is pretty low, but it isn’t 0% as we go towards early December with all the cold air in place. I’ll keep you updated but no particular snow signals stand out just yet

@@AjayKota-vb7zi The pattern could very well be favorable - I don’t know if you saw the discussion at the end of this video, but *if* (it’s a big if) storms form in the extended very cold environment, some snow could very well get involved. Time will tell on if a storm actually forms in the cold, dry air though.

@@JesseLikesWeather It’s honestly way too early to make a prediction for a specific timeframe like Christmas. Broad forecasts for a winter can be done this far out but I don’t want to make any false calls this far out 😂. Thanks for watching

@@SevereStormFilmer Exact locations for snowfall are very difficult to predict, but I’d say chances are at least a little higher with the cold air locked in for the first week. Beyond that, time will tell with temperatures and storm track possibilties

@@SevereStormFilmer It doesn’t ruin winter storm potential. It’s in the video showing snow for most of the same zones as it has been (Northern Ohio Valley then into the Northeast)

@@Obunga2001 I did, I even sang and auto tuned the “One Nation Weather” 🎶 🎵 part at the end of the jingle. I’m very proud of that intro to this day 😂

@@Obunga2001 I used the GarageBand program on my Apple device and played with the keyboard and voice effects for a while and managed to be creative enough for it 😂

@@MichaelFedish The rain-snow line could be very close to you Thanksgiving, but it appears like especially accumulating snow would be north of you if it falls. I’ll keep you updated, certainly looks like some flakes could be possible at least though.
