someone suggested using a flamethrower to shovel snow.
Some of my followers suggested I try a flamethrower to shovel snow after watching my last failure. So I got as close as I could and I'm using a giant torch. This may not be more efficient but it's definitely more fun than snow shoveling.

I'm breaking into a house that I don't currently own but I'm closing on tomorrow. It was purchased from an auction and I wanted to winterize it before cold weather got here. So that after I close all the toilets wouldn't be destroyed from freezing tonight. So I broke into the house. Was I in the wrong?
I just bought a house using only a credit card

How to buy a house using a credit card. I just bought this home from an auction using nothing but a credit card. We use the credit card to pay for closing at the title company. And we'll have 0% interest for the first year. During this time we can renovate the house and refinance it to pay off the card or roll the balance into a balance transfer card to begin the 0% interest over again.

Shovel it first
I used that to melt off ice off the concrete pad to frame,it worked well
Reverse the door on the fridge.
As someone who has shoveled a lot of snow, I can tell you that shoveling is usually a "push" operation. That said, your pulling seemed to work fairly well. The main issue you're having is just that that snow is very "wet". It's really heavy and clumps together. Even with a proper snow shovel that would be a very tiring job. My recommendation would be to just sprinkle some road salt on it and let it melt on its own (table salt will work, but it's more expensive since it's been purified to make it safe to eat).
I can think of a problem! Filming vertically! this is a youtube short, ticktock, or any short form video thing this is not that! Horizontal is the name of the filming game my friend.
The other problems are self explanatory. They involved aluminum foil...

I believe in you but wouldnt it be faster, easier and cheaper to just redo the brick work? I activated the bell just in case you post something in a month
@@zaxmaxlax it would be expensive to get a skilled brick mason to repair break in the same style that was done over a hundred years ago in this house. And it'll look awkward if the brick is done differently. It would definitely be easier but this will be much cheaper and it will give it a cool wow factor for a B&B

Mortgage rates are high right now but not credit card high 😅
@@0oShwavyo0 I'm interest free for 1 year on this deal
0% terms for first year state that all interest will be tacked on at the end of 1 year if card is not paid off in total lol. You could always balance transfer but overall terrible idea. Higher interest, larger utilization rate so it destroys your credit also
@@kennyfry180 I literally opened $50,000 in credit the month before I did this. This won't even cause me to exceed 30% utilization. I'll have the refinance finished before the year is over after I'm done with the repairs and will pay everything off. If the alternative was not buying this property that I will make over $100,000 on or buying it this way. Which do you think makes the most sense

Have you bought a rental before? Why did you need to buy this on a credit card?
@@thomasd2796 I own many. Getting loans for low amounts is actually more difficult than 100k plus homes. But there is a lot of profit in a home this cheap. So this allows me to buy it and then renovate it. Then I can refinance it for 100k and pay off the credit card and pocket the difference
