good tutorial but every further process does reduce quality . it may not be visible to your eye in some cases or simply very hard to tell but it does decrease quality . you simply may not be able to spot it on anime as one of the best examples. CQP 20 is pretty much lossless on NVENC and the nivida encoder drops bitrate to around 6000kB/s very often since there is no benefit going higher. nice tutorial but you lack some technical knowledge to explain things in full detail. Just think about it: "all it does is lower your filesize and does not decrease quality" - how much sense does it make? ^^ you also should use H265 since it technically uses 33% less filesize for the same quality - cons are that not every TV can play it natively. PC no problem.

Technically Media Encoder uses Main Concept®️(‘s) h264 video library (software) which they claim is much more efficient than the original x264 (libx264). For me, I take a ProRes 422hq - 4444xq and re-encode in SVT-AV1 which would ~30-50% more efficient at the same bitrate than x264 and even x265.

Bro can you give advice i use topaz and then render with cc in ae with 20mbps then i transfer the video on my phone for uploading on tiktok also i put the video on private for like 1 2 hours then i change it for all for the maximum quality but i still loose bunch of quality especially in youtube too i rendered a 1080p60fps video for yt shorts but i can just view it in 720p, when i change account it gets more weird i dont know why this is happening to me i searched too much and im really sad, i saw too much people sharing videos without losing any quality
