Just bought the 8’ Hasegawa last week. After only a week of landscape trimming, I’m selling all of my old 4 legged ladders. The tripod design is superior in every way compared to a 4 legged ladder. The stability is absolutely incredible, it is not tipsy in any way shape or form. It’s like standing on concrete steps. Also used it to hang Christmas lights and the maneuverability around the shrubs is perfection. The back leg can be stuck into and around shrubbery without causing any damage. Once again, it’s a far superior design over 4 legged ladders. My only regret is that I wasted 30 years of my life with 4 legged ladders.

Great idea, I'm gonna make something similar only larger. You could also sell the metal parts online (easier to ship worldwide) and people can build the wooden part as a DIY project. I would love to know about this when it happens please, I will be subscribing to the channel for news...)

why so secretive about pricing?

I own their 12' ladder and am not impressed. It was roughly 700.00 dollars and the edges are still rough on your shin. The spacing in between the steps where your feet go also don't make you feel safe as your shoes often slip through. Also at the top the platform is quite small and leaves much to be desired. I own a 500K dollar a year landscaping company and we do a ton of pruning and I can say this ladder is decent but definitely needs to have the steps redesigned, a nicer step for the shins as well as allowing the pole to be able to be moved from side to side for awkward situations. Also the top section needs to be solid aluminum for a safer feel. Not aluminum bars where your feet/toes don't feel stable.

I bought one of these in December of 2021 for work from home--it was a game changer! No electricity needed to raise/lower the desk. It's so sturdy (no wobbling--even when I lean on it) and the surface is big enough to hold my laptop, cell/tablet, notepad and mouse pad. I love the C-shaped base because I can pull my chair close to the desk with plenty of room for my legs. I can even put my footrest under this desk. Fully extended, it could easily serve as a portable speaker's stand. You could put it into the trunk or back seat of your car if you needed to take it with you. The wheels also make it easy to move from room to room, if needed. Love it...!

I bought the 12' and absolutely love it! I wish I had discovered these sooner. I also needed the 16' but my dealer said minimum order for them was 4 ladders.... bummer. So I just bought that 12' that was in stock.

Is Lucano suited to very heavy Americans? I a a flatbed truck driver and sometimes need a small ladder to place edge protection atop a load. I weigh about 110kg. Can this ladder support me?

Really like the wider base on the steps. The single back leg defeats those however. There's no way a tri leg setup is safer than 4.
