Excellent video Anne! My Top 5 are - Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Oregano, Lemongrass, Lavender. I buffer mine with a carrier oil olive. Thank you for covering them thoroughly.

I use to put peppermint candy in water and give it in bottle for my babies when they had colic. Good to know about the peppermint and migraine. I will try that next time I have a migraine.

Sorry to hear about IAH being a pain in the ar$e. Lived in Houston 2004-2011 and so relieved to be gone, so pre-Trump 😮‍💨 and we had no issues with the power grid back then. Seems to have gone rapidly downhill since then with the winter storm outages of 2021 (and Ted Cruz in Cancun 🤦🏽‍♀️ ) and obviously the hurricane outages. Wouldn’t go back to Texas if you paid me, all snake-oil, strange bedfellow politics and money grabbing, imho. Good luck with the Bresse chickens - that’s how I stumbled on your channel.
