I'm Irish so was used to the UK and Irish versions of the show. I remember being shocked the US knew about the show and it had the same set and music and graphics but I had no idea who Regis Philbin was (Chris Tarrant hosted in the UK, Gay Byrne in Ireland)

This scene randomly pops into my head now and then and I laugh out loud every time.

Fun fact. Richard Kind and George Clooney are best friends. And Clooney incessantly pranks him. Clooney stayed at Kind's house for a month, and secretly scooped the kitty litter of Kind's pet cat. So Kind started to become really worried that his cat wasn't pooping. Clooney kept this up for a while, until Kind got a laxative from the vet. At which point Clooney took a shit in the litter box.
