Crudel, perché finora
Beautiful duet from Le Nozze di Figaro. It is amazing how Mozart managed to combine the two voices, each singing at different words per minute. Yet, they come into union in the end. I added subtitles that try to reflect this musical genius. Underrated aria in my opinion, especially with this cast.

It should be available on DVD for purchase. That's how I got my hands on it. You can google "le nozze di figaro erwin schrott". There is a website called operaonvideo.com that has full operas but I don't think it has this one.

I watched this when i go to Villingili Ferry Terminal and i heard Aalaa's voice and Insha's voice. I saw Husnu Dhahtha going to the toilet in the ferry terminal

This version of Le Nozze di Figaro I bought on DVD. It is a production by Royal Opera House from 2006 with the singers as listed in the description of the video. It should be available to buy still. I haven't found any online copy of this production, although operaonvideo.com has a lot of full operas available online. Didn't find this particular production there though.
I love the tempi and clarity of the conducting. The singing is gorgeous too!

beautiful production. why do you have italian subtitles for god's sake? those who speak italian can understand the singing, its those of us who don't who need subtitles!
Most people already know what's going on in this scene and there are many versions with English subtitles on TH-cam already. The Italian subtitles allow non-italians to see the actual lyrics that are sung which, at least for me, makes for a better listening experience.

one of the greatest seduction scenes in all of opera! Positively orgasmic!
It was this production that made me realize that the climax of the drama was this number and not the act 2 finale. The beauty of its music, staging and the performances from both makes the ugliness of the world melt away.
Yes, Miah Persson is glorious, but who would not give way to Topi Lehtipuu- preferably without the fake moustache- beautiful tenor voice, excellent actor, and so handsome.
