@FiestaShy I subbed and belled so I can watch if it happens. Quick question though cause the internet is essentially useless right now. Has there been any mention of new weapon types from the current ones we've got? I know they wanna make similar weapons feel different, but I have no idea if they ever intend to add a new type of weapon... if they do, now would be a great time to with the brand new systems they are going forward with.

They will become new elements. Think I seen gnasher will be a terra behemoth, quillshot frost I think, and not sure about Shrike. Maybe umbral?

Totally agree, as Nikyo said, seems they are working on a bow weapon but no proper confirmations or release windows. The game needs a new weapon though.

Totally. And I agree, purple is also my favourite, and the Dark harvest is my favourite time of year in the game so this would work along great with that. Shrowd is one of my favourite behemoths after pangar and phaelenx.

Happy to. Basically very little has changed in the game in the past year and a half. The devs have spent this time in the background working on a big update that will basically overhaul the entire game (it’s almost going to be a sequel there’s that many changes planned) the update is launching early November. As I said though, the game itself has changed very little in the two years you’ve been away.

Yea shame for console players but at least we will get to see how different the game will be in less than a month

Same. Thinking back to old Ramsgate where the game was quite linear and all the changes since then. Now we have so much to look forward to.

​@DragonLorne Hopefully! I'm trying to get back into the game right now but I'm really confused on what I should be doing to properly prepare. Seeing how reforges are going to be gone and I can't finish my slayerpath weapon upgrades I'm kinda just thinking about finishing up the escalation weapon collection. Any ideas what you would do to prepare, besides getting behemoth parts?

Not at all, I'm happy to help. Basically the devs have added very little in the past year and a half. No new behemoths, no new hunt passes, and no weapons. We've only had the usual routine events for each holiday season, and some double xp weekend events. However, they told us last year that they are going to be completely overhauling the game in the summer of 2024. We have had updates every month on what will be added. Although summer is nearly over, they say they are about 90% ready to launch. It seems there will be countless additions to the game such as weapons, new behemoth, new legendary behemoths, pet followers, new events, and much more. They are completely redoing how we level up weapons/armour, and their animations and they will be reworking all the islands etc.. A bit shameless but if you want some background noise, feel free to check out my podcast, it covers basically everything.
