4 minutes and 28 seconds of a Winter Drive in a Mk1 Audi TT 3.2 (Deresonated custom cat back and sports cats). Filmed using a GoPro on the front, mic on the rear window (Any closer to the exhaust and it clipped too much!), and a Insta 360 One X stuck to the boot. It looked utterly ridiculous, however worked well!

Mk1 Audi TT 3.2 Roadster on a Dyno at Badger 5. Came to 238.2 BHP in 34 degrees C - not bad for an 18 year old car on a blooming hot day.

Mk1 Audi TT 3.2. Powerflow cat back, deresonated, by Top Gear performance in Doncaster (South Yorkshire). Lucifer Mk4 Sports Cat (200 Cell) - this is a bolt in replacement for the standard cats. This car hasn't been tuned, so the sound is purely from the exhaust setup and nothing else.

My process for removing the carpet from the Audi TT - this is the roadster, but it's basically the same on the coupe too. Mostly finding my way through it so you can tackle it with a bit more information than I had.

Took the TT for a spin. Nothing special here, just 4 and a half minutes of me cruising about, but finally got some better audio of the exhaust! Car is a 03 plated MK1 TT 3.2 V6. It's got a custom cat back exhaust with a res delete (Made at Top Gear Performance in Doncaster, South Yorkshire). It's been lowered on H&R springs. Due to a broken vacuum line on the N249 system, the car is experiencing the wonderful noise that is turbo surge / turbo flutter / Stututututu.... Not designed to do this of course and needs fixing or deleting, but it's fun while it lasts until I sort it 😎

Here in slow motion you can see the front wheels slip and then the haldex system kicking in the 4 wheel drive system nice and quickly (for a 20 year old car!). This is at 240fps.
