If you are reading this and considering the XBotGo Chameleon, do not buy it. I made the mistake of paying $479 and purchasing it with the 13' tripod to record soccer. It stopped working within less than 30 days. Their customer support team has been EXTREMELY unhelpful. Buyer beware.

no contest. pocket 3 all the way. m5 looks like it's a 2016 phone shooting, just too contrasty, warm and saturated and just noisy at night. better off buying an old flagship phone for cheap.

I don't have a budget for DJI so i would go for OrdroM5 for now😊

I have been flying my Hover Pro Max with NDFilters and the video is Phenomenal! The image quality is literally comparing. My buddy has the NEO and has been giving me a hard time about my expensive purchase of the Hover Pro Max and kept laughing because he only paid $200 for his. After we compared what both can do and the image quality of the Pro Max, he put an order in for the Hover Pro. It really isn’t even close. I may get a NEO when DJI copies Hovers camera on a pro version. But my goodness the Pro Max is with every penny IMO!

Got to keep to a creeping pace for the Neo to keep up. It’s just too slow for action tracking. Like the original X1 was too but that all changed with the X1 Pro and its much higher speed and level 5 wind resistance.

I'll wait for the M5-2.

Dude, how many people can actually see 8K on TH-cam? 1) who has an 8k TV and 2) TH-cam does not transmit anything in 8K (to my knowledge)

Did they ask for your passport and Social Security Number. Did you do a psych eval?

I own a DJI NEO and I'm not sure what is wrong with your Neo videos, but they look over compressed ( I looked and the download vids) and full of artifacts, my Neo videos are not that awful out of that drone @ 1080 60 FPS you might have a problem with something. The HoverAir X1 Pro Max cost almost three times the cost of the Neo and offers an improvement in video quality, but believe me when I say that most people aren't pretty enough to want an 8K selfie drone, at those resolutions you are doing some serious cinematography and are better off spending a little more money and getting a real video drone.

One correction - X1 Pro Max has 1/1.3" sensor not 1/3" - quite a big difference :D for reference, cheaper X1 Pro has 1/2" similar to Neo.

The osmo is better in the day But the ordro is perfect night vision. Great review.

Contrasty with the Neo, it is obvious the Max has a better bigger sensor so the image looks brighter. I will give it to the Pro Max for image, then I give it to the Neo for price

Considering the price difference and the fact the neo works with my controllers, Im pleased I got the Neo. Ill never need 8k and so far the little Neo has impressed me, hope they continue to expand its capabilities through updates! Nice video, cheers.

I like you're style. I couldn't decide which one I wanted either so I brought a DJI Mini 4 pro and love it to bits "no. I didn't crash it" but I brought the DJI Avata 2 and I love that one even more so for sure I got a Neo 🚁👍

Potential costumers need to know dji drones will STOP WORKING if they are not connected to dji servers at least once every 90 days. So if those servers are unavailable for whatever reason( hack, ban, war, etc.) all dji drones will stop working in 90 days. owners asked for a fix or an explanation for many years now but dji just ignores them. maybe the US government is right about Dji spying , which explains the need to login to send the spy data to china

There is really no comparison, The Neo is by DJA and uses all their controllers which a lot of us have. Buy that other drone entails buying another controller at the least.

Maybe we can tape the X1 on top of the neo and get that footage instead? Neo cam is horrendous

I bought the Pocket 2 and gave one to a friend, he might have bought it off of me for my ridiculous markdown of like $200 I think I charged him, usually do a third of the price I pay. ANYWAYS, that one melted, went to DJI's site and I knew I bought the insurance on both cams, and they won't honor the insurance for the one that melted says it doesn't have a protection plan tied to it, even though the receipt says otherwise. At least with Ordro, I don't expect that kind of customer service from them, and buy from companies like them at my own risk, like SJCam.

Which one is quieter? Has better wind management?, highest altitude? I’ll get both

I bought the Promax and loving it, You can buy the beacon controller separately it does the same thing Like Neo controller does to fly with the controller, I bought the cycle combo pack came with all accessories 💥💪🤟

After 15 seconds the Osmo is the standout winner, that video is a thing of beauty.
