What’s up with that?
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 6 ก.ย. 2013
Everything from cooking videos, and DIY tutorials, to me giving some dog training tips from my expertise gained while both owning and professionally training dogs of all breeds over the last thirty plus years. I mostly just train for fun now with my own but training dogs always has been a passion and remains one to this day. Sometimes my videos will just be me talking about current events and asking "What's up with that"

Dough Recipe:
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons EV olive oil, divided
2 ¾ cups Bread flour, or more as needed (All purpose flour for California style)
1/4 tsp Italian Herbs
Directions
Combine yeast, honey, and 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl with a whisk. Let stand to dissolve, about 10 minutes.
Add salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, remaining 3/4 cup warm water, and 1 cup flour to the mixture and stir until a batter forms. Add another 1 cup flour; stir to combine. Add 1/2 cup more flour and combine. Add in 1/4 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
Turn dough out onto a surface dusted with 1/4 cup flour. Knead until a smooth, fairly firm, slightly sticky dough is achieved, adding more flour as needed. If you have a Kitchen Aid mixer just use your dough hook and save yourself the trouble of kneading by hand. The dough hook works better anyway!
Transfer dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let sit in a warm place until doubled in size, 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured cutting board and pat down with your hand. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Stretch and fold each piece down and under, tucking as you go, to form pizza dough rounds.
Cover with a towel and let sit in a warm place until doubled in size, 20 to 30 minutes.
Refridgerate over-night for NY style or at least 1-2 hours for California style.
Sauce Recipe:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-4 anchovy fillets
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes (Only San Marzano), crushed
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon white sugar
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 pinch baking soda
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add anchovy fillets and cook, stirring often, until they begin to sizzle, about 1 minute. Stir in garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add fresh oregano and reduce the heat to low; cook until oregano is wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, pepper flakes, and dried oregano; bring to a simmer. Season with sugar, pepper, and salt; reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oil rises to the top, 35 to 45 minutes. Stir in baking soda until thoroughly incorporated.

That pizza looks good!
They were! Thanks for watching!
Short and to the point awesome channel. 👌
Thanks for watching, I’m trying to figure it out. I appreciate your words more than you know!
@@IceHausDogTraining Hi, this is Jane from lamtto, how to invite you to test our wireless carplay screen?
those throttle response tuners will destroy your throttle body and throttle body positioning sensor. Notably when you have a battery that dies.
I haven’t had any issues yet. I will definitely follow up with another video in the future if I do though. Thanks for watching!
Pizza looks good! Did the veggie pizza have a soggy crust?
Not at all, nice and crispy!
I’m also a dog man and absolutely love “My giant schnauzer eat your stick family” sticker on my back window. I actually have 2 giant schnauzers but they didn’t have a sticker with 2 dogs. I have done a few interior mods and getting ready for some more expensive exterior mods. I’ve been waiting for the Black Friday sales to start.
I have a friend that has giant schnauzers. We train our dogs at the same Schutzhund club. Really great dogs!
@ We’re on giant schnauzers 6 and 7 now. We’ve had them for the last 32 years. Since I woke up old, these will be our last. When they go, I’d like to with them.
I understand. I have resolved myself to the fact I am obsessed with dogs and training them. There is literally zero chance I can do life without at least 1 working dog with me😁
Those are some nice mods. The problem with any pedal based "tuner" (throttle response controller) is that they run off of the voltage of the gas pedal circuit which has a very narrow range. If something happens with your aftermarket device and it draws any amount over that range, it will put your vehicle into limp mode. You are much better off spending a little more and actually getting an ECU tune from someone that knows what they're doing. I tried a throttle response device and after some time, it started causing problems. Throttle response devices only change the throttle response. They do not alter the shift points or the air/fuel mixture which is where the real magic happens. They also don't take into consideration tire size, vehicle weight and gearing. Banks Power has a great explanation of this and why a throttle response device should be avoided. Unfortunately, they don't cover the benefits of an ECU tune because they want to sell their device that plugs into the OBD-II port. However, they do provide some important information.
I’ll look at it. So far no issues or problems like that with this one. If my Runner has any issues though it will be the first thing I check. Thanks for the info.
Do not buy any inflator that has a screw type attachment. I have one and you lose pressure as you unscrew it. I replaced it with one that has a quick release connection.... It's much better. It's also rechargeable, programmable, has lights and even serves as a jump starter.
Cmon man, cmon.
Sorry, gotta get a little affiliate marketing in where I can😂
4:23
This scale is very informative! Thanks for the information.
Thank you for watching!
You got some sweet mods I'll have to check out. Just found your channel and subbed, loved my 2023 TRD Pro in the same color. :)
Thanks for watching & subscribing!
Geez i hate those little rubber mats so much. You have a valid point about them keeping your stuff from rattling. But They curl up and collect lint and grit. Constantly getting crooked so you have to straighten them out. Anything other than the oem inserts, i have found to be tacky looking junk.
😂It may be dust holding mine down. I have a tornado blow gun that I use to get dust off and it does work. I just need to actually use it once in a while 😂
Never get those raptor lights if you live in the rust belts. The wires will corrode and cause electrical issues as the vehicle ages.
Mine have been on since 2021 and I have no issues at all with that. I live in the Southeastern US though. We have family up North and they might as well not even get vehicles at all as quick as the salt on the roads eats through them😂
@@IceHausDogTrainingI am in Ontario Canada and the corrupt government put so much salt on the road, vehicles barely lasting a decade.
@Thankyou_3 That’s crazy. I can’t imagine only keeping a vehicle as reliable as the 4Runner for only 10 years. I plan on keeping mine forever. If I ever do have to get rid of it I’m buying another one.
Titling your video with 4Runner Modifications is the stupidest thing to do - You sir are an Idiot. Thanks for wasting my clicks and time - trying to sell crappy trinkets via youtube, you should be ashamed - what do you get when something sells? .30 on the dollar? Cheap crap that would make even a Mercedes look cheap - I'll continue looking for ACTUAL mods for my 4Runner and not cheap crap.
You need to video staking it and the final display!
Yeah I should have included that in this video but instead it’s shown in a separate video.
@@IceHausDogTraining link? I've been looking at your channel but never saw a video that might have it. 😉

My only gripe with the 4Runner is that Toyota never really updated all the trims to have a black headliner. The grey just gets too dirty too fast
I totally agree, although I have dogs so no matter what I do it’s either gonna be dirt with the grey, or dog hair with the black😂 Either way I’m screwed 😂
Going today to buy a 55 gallon drum. I may ad a fog machine for extra spooky affect
I thought about that myself. Maybe a mister inside the drum might produce a cool effect! Just a thought, I need to play around with it a bit.
Hey, What’s Up! That “chip” upgrade.. aren’t you just varying the input signal to peak sooner than what your foot is physically inputting on the pedal? In other words, maybe your foot is at 20% input normally, but the “chip” is sending a 60% input signal to the ECU? What is it actually doing for you? Love that color on your 4Runner!!! Thanks!
I wish I knew, but honestly I can’t answer your question other than to say it’s definitely faster than it was and much quicker to respond when I touch the gas. Prior to that upgrade I could peg my foot to the floor and not get the response that I get on some of the settings. How they accomplish that I’m not sure. I like it better though!
@ Interesting.. regardless, glad it is working out for your setup!! Thanks again.
That’s absolutely what it is, it doesn’t change the tune, it’s not a tuner, it is just changing the throttle response.
Yeah, that probably is a better term for it. Whatever it does, it does it well though. That’s for sure because even my wife noticed it immediately when she drove it today and she barely ever drives this vehicle.
Thats just a pedal commander not a tune
Great video. I've been thinking about getting seat covers, but I was worried that the covers would reduce the impact of the heated and cooling seats. Do you find this to be an issue?
My 4Runner has heated seats and they still let the heat through but I don’t have cooling seats so I couldn’t say for sure. I could see that being an issue though because most cooling seats are ventilated and these covers are not so no real way for the air to come through them.
Thanks for the video. I been thinking of buying a 4Runner in the future but I’m 6”3 with long legs. Do you think that would be a problem?
Shouldn’t be an issue but there’s only one way to know for sure. Go test drive one and see if it’s comfortable for you. I know some big guys that drive them and never heard any complaints though.
Avoid the moonroof/sunroof options. They take up space which means less head clearance from the roof.
@@rdm5913 yeah. I will . Since I plan on having this truck forever I don’t want no future leaking issues . 😌
@@IceHausDogTraining yep when I’m ready I’ll go test a new one. Hopefully the hybrid gets you more miles per gallon in the future.
@@8Jallin Definitely gas mileage is not the best in the 5th generation. I bought mine mainly because I put an enormous amount of miles on it traveling with my dog for training and competition. I know it's a super reliable vehicle that will get me anywhere I need to go. Gas mileage would have been nice but it was a compromise I was willing to make for reliability.
I like the seat covers! Thanks for the information.
You’re welcome, thanks for watching!
Dont ride around with trash in your 4Runner, throw the stuff away!
lol!
A GOOD HAUNT BUT WE DO OUR LITTLE HAUNT FOR THE YOUNGER ONES. NO GORE AND NOT-SO-SCARY THEMES, BUT ONE THING I NOTICED ABOUT AMERICAN HAUNTS. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE AMAZING, NO ONE SEEMS TO GO UP AND ASK FOR CANDY, ONLY WALK BY DOZENS OF YARD HAUNTS. CANDY IS WHAT THIS EVENT IS ALL ABOUT WHETHER IT'S A SINGLE PLASTIC PUMPKIN OR $ 10K WORTH OF ANIMATRONICS!!
I give out extremely large amounts of candy every year. We spend about $200-$250 just on candy every year. They walk by once or twice though before they get enough courage to come get the candy 😂
This guy put a lot of imagination and expense into this project and I want to acknowledge that aside from some funny business I engaged in.
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Hi what size submersible pump do you use, your link (I am in the UK) takes me to 2000l / 3000l per hour pumps? Skeleton looks fabulous by the way :)

There are links in the description to a couple of different ones. The ones I used are linked but a couple of folks were having trouble getting them to stay on green so I linked some alternatives as well.
Thanks a lot, I'm gonna build one based off your video. I'm gonna put a twist on it with a small fog machine maybe make it look like it's smoking

Thanks for the video! I would love to know the details on that awesome kennel!
Just found your video. I’ve been on the drug for about 3 months and just started getting skin sensitivity and your correct NO ONE talks about it being a side effect.
Yep, I know. That’s why I made the video. Basically I wanted to see if there were others experiencing the same issue. Judging by the comments there are definitely some people out there who are. Good luck with the weight loss!
Hi there! I enjoyed watching your video and thought some of our holiday lights could elevate your Halloween decor. Would you be up for giving them a shot?
Sure thing, depending on what they are... Send me a DM on FB or insta and I'll take a look at them.
I’ve read that the TD Pro forerunner has a 1.5 inch lift in the front and a 0.5 in the back. Can anyone confirm this?
It is definitely higher from the factory than the other models by a small margin but the exact lift I am not sure of.
Super cool!!! SO awesome my friend!!! Finally Halloween is here!!!!

Great job I’m getting ready to make my own and your description works out just perfect. I had one question the spray paint can is that a dark green or a light green or is it a neon green color? Let me know. Thank you very much.
It is a Fluorescent neon green. Not dark, more on the light side but the can should say fluorescent.
Great job I’m getting ready to make my own and your description works out just perfect. I had one question the spray paint can is that a dark green or a light green or is it a neon green color? Let me know. Thank you very much.
It is a fluorescent green, not sure if it said neon or not but definitely that lighter color and must say fluorescent so it will react with the black light. Good luck on your prop build!
how much of the uv chemical did it take to turn the water green? I ordered the same stuff and don't want to waste anymore then I have too. thanks and awesome job
Not much at all. Just a couple ounces will work. 1 gallon will probably last me 10-20 years.
@@IceHausDogTraining thanks, yeah I barely poured any in and it was green lol and I agree that jug will be here well after I'm dead lol
@two_coolers Yep, I’ll be passing that on to my children with the rest of our estate 😂
This is amazing. My husband and I love Halloween and decorate every year. We really want to try this. I have one question. The lights that you bought, were they 200 LED lights and 66ft? Thanks. Keep up the amazing work!
They were the lights that are linked but I know a few people recently have had a problem getting them to remain on the breathing green mode. That is why I linked some alternatives but as far as whether they were 100 or 200 I haven’t counted since they were under the foam but 200 is what shows in my purchase history so I think they are the 200 version. You would have enough with either one though because I remember double covering a lot of space to use the whole string of lights up.
@@IceHausDogTrainingThanks! I appreciate it.

Do you have to dilute the angry orange?
No, you can use it full strength. The one we get is ready to go. I think they have other versions though so definitely refer to the label just to be sure you are using the same one. Thanks for watching!
I am experiencing the same exact issue. I truly thought it might be shingles at first. The sensitivity areas seem to move around, sometimes it's my legs, then my arms and almost always my back. Feels like a mild sunburn that appears to be getting worse. Thank you for posting this, it's very helpful.
You’re welcome, hope all works out.
This is such a great gift!
Hi, I've had the "Wegovy sunburn" since I first started taking it. Like you, I was convinced it was something else because it wasn't listed, and I couldn't find any info about it re: side effects. It wasn't until I went on holiday to Turkey, and stopped taking it, that the sensitivity stopped after only a week. It returned a few days after I went back on Wegovy. I stopped again, and again, the sensitivity stopped, so I'm 99.9% sure it's a Wegovy side effect. I'm about to switch from Wegovy 2.4 to Mounjaro 7.5 not because of the sensitivity, just because apparently it works a bit better. So I was so happy to see this vid and how you no longer suffer from this side effect. Like you said in your other vid, it's not something I can't bare, but I'm aware of it all day, especially in bed. I give myself a week off now and then when it gets too much. Thanks for the vid, I'm sure it will help a lot of folk like me.
You’re welcome, thanks for watching!

Hi. This is soooo awesome! Im making one this weekend!! I noticed the pump you used comes with 4 different nozzles. Which size did you use and what size tubing? Did you just use aquarium tubing?
I’m pretty sure it ended up being 1/2 inch tubing. It may be 3/4 depending on what skeleton you have though. I used the largest that I could fit in the skeleton. I got the tubing at the local hardware store but it’s very similar if not the same as aquarium tubing. You can probably find it on Amazon as well. Good luck and thank you for watching!
Loved the BBQ Blanket for resting meat! I'm buying it on Amazon straight away
Thanks you, enjoy!
