When I was reading the books, I didn't like Malina or Mal as a character at all. I felt like he didn't really pay attention to her. It wasn't until he found out she was Grisha that he started to pay attention. That's how I saw it. But in the show their bond is so much better. Jessie and Archie have such good chemistry to the point where I ship them a lot and really like Mal's character. He's so much more likable. Even though I ship Darklina, I actually ship these two more. I just love how close they are and care so much about each other. You can see how much he cares about Alina, especially in episode 1 when she went on the boat to enter the Shadow Fold. I really hope they will be endgame just like they are in the books. Beautiful video with an amazing song. 🤩👌

Ben push Devi to be better like not only like rivals but as a person, the way he looked at her and said “David” when she make that stupid apology (like seriously that wasn’t a good apology) is because he has faith in her, he knows she’s a good person so when she does something hurtful to others he is worried no only because of the other people (Nalini, El and Fab, Anessa, etc) but because he knows Devi can do better, she can be better and that’s beautiful because Devi knows that Ben is a part of her life she doesn’t want to lose either ( when she stay friends despite him being with Neesa). They’re constants in each other lifes and that’s just amazing 💖

I think Ben has always been her first love since they where younger, I think Paxton was/is just a big crush, but I don’t think she’s in love with Paxton not like she is with Ben. They are both very hot guys though so I understand how difficult her decision was but she deffo could’ve handled the situations better. She should’ve told Aneesa it bothered her that she was dating Ben and to avoid any of that she should of told Paxton and Ben that she liked them both and needed time to think. I think Aneesa and Paxton should be endgame and Ben and Devi should be too.
