Good day sa yo iho... first thing na dapat mong gawin ay maging impressive ka sa mga mata ng mga nakapaligid sa iyo regardless kung mga immediate visor mo or even sa mga subordinates mo.. lagi mong tatandaan first impression... last in a way maging familiar ka una sa mga procedural method on how particular item being manufactured from there you can identify those particular most occuring problems and able to come up with corrective action through collaboration with your people,,, involved them to feel them they are important with there inputs,,, develop your interpersonal skill and focusing the quality , productivity going into continious improvement ....lead your people through motivation by acknowledge their effort by completing the work by then lalo silang magwork with objective.....

Gud eve, sa yo napakaimportante Ang first impression last kaya unang unang Gawin mo ay you must build and gain respect to your subordinate as well as constant coordination to them with regards to concern every now and then but offcourse you must maintain the compliance of the on going procedure and regulation para makilala as disciplinarian sa maayos n pananalita, always remind them to remain focus kung ano Ang objective Ng team and once in a while n tap their shoulder while in operation to feel them importance and motivated,,,, I'm not saying na makipagbarkada ka but gap should always be there for respect.

Sorry for late reply,, Officer in charge is much higher than management trainee because he/ she already identified the gain position whereas management trainee is on his/her establishing career path gaining knowledge until such time na already proven na un natutuhan nya as he/she already handle definite position for implementation.
