Honestly, for the hand tools, I just hit harbor freight. It is decent for the money. For power tools, ryobi, started cheap and they’re all I need.

I can see the usefulness of the portable truck. I have a dump trailer and it is great but this will fit into tight spaces and with 4x4 that really is a plus especially around construction. The 7.3 gas engine is dominating the RV sector now for the same reasons mentioned. You got me thinking!

Yes 8 dumpsters a day at $400. Thats 40 dumpster DROP OFFS a week. But unless your dumpsters are magically picked up and emptied themselves, then you’re looking at 4 COMPLETE dumpster rentals a day which is $8,000 a week. More realistically. Stick to selling trucks not pretending like you know the dumpster business 😂

The guys above nailed the issues. Inclines and declines would be a nightmare. Uneven surfaces and soft surfaces too. The last issue, was the 2500 truck increasing rpm in neutral during the head to head? I ask because the 3000 truck was slow as hell manipulating the hook compared to the 2500. I feel like the 3000 was at idle the entire time. Just something else to keep it apples to apples. Not bashing at all. Just trying to keep it real for first time buyers. Solid content as usual!

Coming from WI, my great uncle Nick worked for snap on in Kenosha for 50 years prior to 2000. Now a days they moved their operations to Brown Deer on the north side of Milwaukee and now all they crank out is some loose goosey tools and sockets. Not like it was back in the day and I have my Uncle's tools to prove the tolerance's.

Mack has definitely come a long ways in their class 6 trucks. Kenworth is still on quite a bit higher level than the Mack. When you compare the cab and the comfort and how well they ride there’s definitely a difference.

You get Snap On for the warranty on larger tools but for anything 3/8's and 1/4 I use Stanley mostly

What a Garbage brand. SOO Many tool brands out there that are better. AND without the name tax on it. Just like buying a car. Doesn't matter for the high end cars spending on. You are ONLY buying the name. Many people have replaced broken parts from other cars with the SAME part number JUST a different brand. Same there. ONLY plying the "Name tax" and if you fall for it. YOU are the problem!

Snap on guy got mad at me cause the only Snap on tool I have is the free one he gave me. Said try it and keep it your gonna want more. That was 36 years ago never bought a single Snap on tool. Acquiring a few over the years for free never paying for the tools. Bought a car here and there that had a few in Them.

This video was pretty frustrating to watch. An asphalt parking lot is ideal but not the norm for most. Smooth with no incline. Come on now. The $30k price difference isn’t for the same truck with 2 different transmissions. When backing up to hook up to a container requires adjustment as you get closer to connect. Each adjustment requires going into neutral adjusting and then back in reverse. There could be a few adjustments which is annoying to say the least. Why try to justify spending $150k for a 2500 tranny? Just don’t order them that way please. One of my trucks has a 2500. The other has a 3000 and the third truck has a Ford tranny. It’s not even close. I’d go with a 3000, ford then a 2500.

I buy my tools from Harbor Freight as they have a lifetime warranty and I can get anything replaced the same day instead of having to wait on the tool truck, and they are not overpriced like snap-on.
