Hi, love your videos! I see some videos where the lip oils were being made with versagel; have you ever tried it? If so, what’s the difference?
Thank you! Yes I have recently tried it in one of my DIY videos. I think its ok it just adds extra thickness to the formula!

Hi, ❤️ its kitchen in the box stand mixer from Amazon. Its edible because of the food grade ingredients.. All the ingredients you would use for a regular body butter is changed out to food grade vs cosmetics ☺️
I’ve been making cosmetics for an extremely long time and I’m still confused as to why people put a preservative in oil? Is it because one of your ingredients is a water-based? Because anything that has only oils do not need a preservative. And I understand that and preservatives are not the same as skin. This recipe looks good.
Hi❤️ Oil based ingredients can go bad after it sits past the ingredients shelf life. Butters and oils also have a certain time frame that they need to be used. Also as a seller once a customer takes my product I have no idea what type of condition the product is in.. If its left by heat, or if moisture happens to get inside of the jar..ect! They have the ability to have a distinct scent once it goes bad.

Your niece started using castor oil a couple of weeks ago, and it has already cleared the acne and acne scars off of her face ❤ I had some inflammation from a hormonal pimple and I used castor oil. I woke up the next morning. The pimple was no longer inflamed, and the redness and dryness on my cheek were gone. 🎉

Me again, lol I made a single batch tonight because my oldest granddaughter was complaining about a lip balm that I made for them. She said she wanted something softer because the lip balm was hard lol. Do you happen to have a lip balm formula that isn't that hard? I added cedilla wax, mango , hokum, and avocado butters and some grapeseed oil. Anyhoo to your lip oil recipe that I whipped up I added a lip sweetener along with Strawberry Lemonade from Get Suckered. I might added a tad too much of the sweetener and about 9 half droppers of the lip flavor to taste lol. I was able to fill 4 ml, 3ml, and 2 small plastic tubes. I poured the lip oil a tad warm hopefully that was ok. I will leave them open all night so the could cool completely. So sorry for the long message.
Hello you have to follow the recipe as is in the description, when you add more or different stuff thats not in the recipe you have a chance of altering the recipe. Candelillia wax is harder than Carnauba wax, you more than likely used too much. You really have to play with the recipe! I may do a video with Candelillia wax with the recipe and measurements because formulation is so important. 🙂 I will def. Do this video using a different wax. The butters also will make it harder as well. Please let me know if you need anymore tips💜💜💜
@@bodybutterscreations I think you misunderstood my message. The butters and candelilla wax were used in lip balm recipe I made weeks ago. The only think I added to yours was a little lip sweetener and the lip flavoring. Thank you for responding to my message.
