My recent self motto is - I don't owe anyone anything (and I will give what I decide to give, but I will absolutely not be taken from again) - this came from a layer of realizations - first that I felt lucky in life and that it was my responsibility to give back like a sense of duty and from there I realized if i give to an undeserving person - dating and they just take then I only "help" them and it goes no where so it is actually my responsibility to be with another giving person cause when we give each other a full cup, it flows over and we can give to the village/community - we can help more people etc... anyway that all traced back to realizing I felt like my luck came from a place I inherited and that I wasn't acknowledging my own work because I called it luck and that I felt like I always had to make up for something and I traced it back to like second grade because my grades in first grade were not good etc... and was like ok that wasn't my debt - you're not born with debt - that was my mom's, she put her guilt on me and that I had to sort of make up for her life with mine and I'm like no. this is my life and my "luck" is from my hard work and i start from a clean slate, not debt. so yeah I don't owe anyone anything and I will give where I choose. - very gemini scorpio ha.

Thank you, I need to hear this. my anxiety about life is at an all-time high. I've been struggling with my focus on all that is good, which is happening for me due to finances and my current living situation. I believe that spiritually, I'm being reached out to, to rest and be patient because I've spent most of my life building up others, which has led to the neglect of myself. The transition that is taking place in my life is a lot to deal with, but I am doing my best to keep pushing.
