I'm a bit sad this did not get below 27, it was almost a perfect run until I made a very bad split second decision at Zuben. With this I got 2nd place on the leaderboard, beating Marczeslaws former WR. (sweet revenge :P )

I was very close to getting second place here. I got greedy in the last split, if I would have taken the fast route immediately, that would probably have been enough. From a skill perspective I am very happy with this run. There were no major errors or reloads, I lost some time in Al Shedim, which I will train a bit more specifically to see if I can get it more consistently.

Although not even close to WR pace, this run is a huge step for me. I have made a pause of G3 speedrunning for about a year and had to re-learn a lot of the run, because of new strategies. I really struggled to get even on pace with my previous PB and WR and then I got this 1:30 improvement, which is a huge breakthrough. Here I wanted to test out, if I can significantly reduce walking time by transforming into a wolf. I think the time proves, that the time save is insignificant and not worth the investment. If I would have run normally, that would have been WR pace :P Actually that is a bit sad, because the wolf made the run quite fun, as the walking passages were less boring and mana mattered more.

Obviously I am pretty sad that I did not get Al'Shedim first try. Pretty much everything else went almost perfect. Thanks to marcze for the Trelis trick ;) Honestly, when I failed Al'Shedim I thought about aborting the run, because I did not see the timer during the run. Pretty happy I kept my mentality together and ended the run solidly. The escapes were beyond lucky, I must say xDD New world ...

Finally sub 8, but dude, what a PB. I kind of gave up on getting the Gotha speedglitch and take a more consistent approach. I just cannot get oob everytime, it seems very luck based. Let me know if you know a consistent setup.

Big improvement due to things I learned from marceslaw, but also good speedglitches. Could have been under 8. Rhobar can be quite tricky.

Huge improvement, first sub 9 run. I lost time due to a bad Fireclan warp and bad Vengard teleport. Other than that, it went pretty much optimal. I estimate about 20 seconds time save are possible, question is, whether a faster Rhobar kill is doable, but I have no new strategy at the moment. And also Lee's AI at the bridge was insanely stupid. Damn, I totally lost my nerves at the end xD And only got the bridge second try. Otherwise this could have easily been a sub 9. I made the split to fast (dialog was not quite ended), so I subtracted a second.

Good practice for the speedglitch :) That's the first good run I got (only one reload). The hardest part, apart from speedglitch precision, is the AI when you push up Lee the Bridge. This was the first time I got it first try and I was really happy :D

Former WR, got beaten by: th-cam.com/video/YxEBXYoc93A/w-d-xo.html Meh Akascha and Demon, Very Good King Rhobar, Akward Trelis, Very good temples, Shaky Zuben and Hammerclan. The most unfortunate thing were the endurance issues, had nothing to cure the disease, which made the escapes very difficult.

I noticed that I kill Rhobar faster, if I take a bit more time for the setup and then do it cleaner. It can still be done approximately 5-10s faster. Sometimes you can move him instantly, when he stands in the right spot at the beginning.

The first half of the run was incredibly fast, the temples were pretty shaky. There is still a lot of room for improvement. Settings: FPS fixed -1, FPS Max 60

24:51 Bei Xardas kann Speichern laden auch helfen, da verlierste nicht soviel zeit das er vom Tisch weg geht
Hättest du auch mal vor den any% zu machen, da musst du eigentlich nichts anderes tun als Speedglitche hinzuzufügen, und ich glaub mit deinen skill könntest du da auch den WR angreifen. Nur die Blutfliegen RNG Truhe könnte nervig sein am anfang.
Wenn ich den No-Speedglitch WR schaffe sollte, wäre das vielleicht als nächstes dran. Was mich an Speedglitches nervt ist halt das Timing, ich habe in der Vergangenheit bei Lee's Revenge viele Runs wegschmeißen müssen, weil ich ein bisschen zu früh oder zu spät den Glitch beendet habe. Und das zu Üben macht signifikant weniger Spaß als die No-Speedglitch Kategorie
Wow das war WR Pace... Schade das es am ende nicht geklappt hat bei der Schmiede, da hatte marczeclaw eine sehr gute strat mir gesagt. Einfach einen Schuss gegen den Boss schießen und dich hinter den Topf verstecken und mindestens 3 mal speichern laden machen solang die weglaufen. Das war für mich immer sehr save ob bei Any% oder No Speedglitch. Ich bin gespannt was du noch da reißen kannst :D Viel glück noch

Why is Gothic 3 just so unbareable ... even on tripple speed and speedrun it feels like ages ... even playing it felt like a decade and not because it was so good ... and the disapointment after you went throu with it for what ... a shitty sidescrolling ending, scam.
OK; I guess many people feel that way. For me, it is one of my favorite games. Not to say it has many issues, but it also has some unique strengths. It just technically is an unfinished game (though to be frank, the scope of the development team at that time was unrealistic)
Der Löwe war richtig blöd, ich empfehle dir an der stelle dich dort zu positionieren wenn du ankommst wo ich hingeh, weil in dem punkt denken die (wie bei Vak früher) das du draußen bist. Dadurch wird nach speichern laden und spawnen von Golem alle auf den Golem abgelenkt.
GG Seki, stark wie schnell du wieder reingefunden hast mit den neuen strats, wirst du versuchen auf WR zu gehen?
Hatte ich eigentlich ursprünglich nicht vor, aber inzwischen bin ich so nah dran, dass ich es versuchen werde. Heute hatte ich einen WR pace run, der sehr unglücklich geendet ist, aber noch ein paar Attempts und es könnte klappen

GG, welcome back to the grind :D Attacking the wolf is so clever, it's insane how much it seems to help. btw, about the temples, if you save and load after the undead in final chamber aggro on you, they won't walk back to their initial spot after losing their aggro

1. You can't die before level 3, so he wasn't really risking a death 2. For bloodfly transformation potions

Фокус с королем ржака, а там получается для открытия портала в конце игры его посох не надо? Не знал что муха так умеет по стенам лазить - супер видео, много лайфхаков :)
