Wow, it's pretty accurate, I've done all those things. Ever since i was a child i always had a journal and i kept that habit throughout the years. Early 20s i was feeling empty but wasn't sure why, and all those feelings were written down. Then i encountered the hare ksna i started my spiritual journey, and there was a point that i downgraded my cellphone, donated all my short, tight clothing, using no makeup just pure simple life. I was broke, but i was so so happy. Absolute bliss. I was always at the temple and surrounded by like minded people. Then i felt pressure from society (older sister) to enrol in a university, went to a different city, alone and then there was 2nd lockdown, slowly slowly i started to lose my spark. I'm trying to get back that magical feeling, i feel lost, empty, lonely, enslaved to the matrix, and sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. But because i planted the seed of self-awareness, i can bring myself back and realise that everything will be fine and my life is beautiful. Thank you, guys. Take care. I love you

Over the past 20 years i have experienced these shifts but not known what they were, i can explain them by saying that everything looks much more bright and colourful! Almost vibrating. Also in these times i see lots of people who i know but when i look closer its not them, just a lookalike. I used to be a little afraid of these and probably shut them down. Now i can understand what is happening but still not totally sure what to do/react when this happens. Im not scared anymore though!

I feel the shift, I hope by watching these videos, being rid of limited beliefs, and gaining confidence in myself I can gradually re wire my mind body and soul.

While I love the content of your video, the same cannot be said for the background music that's played throughout. Personally, I find it quite distracting and non-harmonious with the spoken content. Just my opinion but I thought it to be worth sharing.

Find a better voice, kill the background music and you will get more interactions with people!
