I am curious Vlad. As a software company owner why would you live in and operate your business in such expensive city?
How is your week going everyone? Make sure you say hi in the comments!! Also would be good to see if you have any questions so i could answer them in the coming vlog.
Really nice vlog, thanks for sharing. BTW what's the article you read or book for that investing you mentioned? Also, belated wishes to your brother 🎈
Hey! Thanks a lot man. I think it's this article that i came across: ltse.com/insights/why-you-should-be-cautious-about-raising-money?
but i usually just ready different articles/books on tech & startups and loads of people are talking about the risk of overfunding & spending too much
@@vladtgr I agree. Over funding can be risky in many ways. I like the Lean start up book. Great insights too.

How to make $100,000 as a 29 year old software entrepreneur: Start with $1,000,000

Thank you for sharing the advice, and that too with an example. I think just having this general idea of "iterative improvement" rather doing it all in one go, would always be beneficial. I have been learning this myself for my own stuff. (also, dropped a dm on insta 😉)

Out of interest, how do you manage your calendar if a process/job gets interrupted and overruns? I find I have clients get in touch, or I underestimated the task in hand, and it throws the calendar out of whack! Interesting vlog. Thanks
So previously I would just simply get interrupted and do the job that client needs. I think there is no other way to be honest when you are just starting out … but as I’ve grown there is two things I do: 1)I delegate a lot of tasks to my team now. 2) I try to strictly block time. So let’s say I’ve set aside two hours for operational tasks for today. I will try to do as much as I can today within those 2 hours and then continue tomorrow in the next “operational” time slot. But again, at the very beginning I think it’s fine if clients/jobs interrupt your workflow, cause the aim is to simply grow …
@@vladtgr Thanks for the reply. Roll over to the next available slot is a good idea. I always just carry on until the tasks in the specific type are complete, but that knackers other things I need to do. I work as a self-employed (ltd company though) client website 'agency' building WordPress websites. I haven't wanted to grow the business as I am very happy with not having additional stress of employees etc, however my client base is so large now that I think I am going to have to get another person on board, as a lot of time is taken up by operations and client interupptions that to get the 'work' done is getting trickier! Need to nail the time keeping. Thanks again.
Maybe try to automate/streamline processes as much as you can first. We have all our processes documented in notion so that anyone could pretty much do any task. I am lately building internally a lot of ai agents to help me out with stuff too (will take you like 30-45 min to build one). If that doesn’t help maybe get a virtual assistant just to help you out 5-10 hours a week. But don’t see a VA as an employee, it’s more of the extra hands that work based on your specific guidelines.
@@vladtgr Thank you for the advice. I don't automate much at the moment - I will look further into it. Have you got any examples of what you would use an AI agent for? Good idea with the vitual assistant. Looking into this now. Thanks for the advice!
So here is an example (purely based on my company’s needs): from time to time we have some projects, where we need additional support. I have an ai agent, where I briefly mention the job and scope, ai agent automatically writes a more detailed job post, figures out an average realistic budget for the job, sets the timelines, etc etc. we then literally just copy that, change a bit and post that on some freelance platforms. This is of course just one small example. Hope this helps. If you need any free further advice - email me vlad@tgr.agency
Keep it up Vlad , subbed at ~ 200 , see you at 20-30k in a couple of months for sure !

You're so cute 😍
Not something I would want but I can totally see the need for friends and pets to combat loneliness.
But it’s interesting how it actually might work. I mean look at Tamagochi in the past, was super popular. Might play out in the same way , who knows …
Yea because people who work at apple made one good design and they don't need to make a new one every year you saying that they "failled" is crazy
My point is that in my opinion they are failing with experimenting/innovating overall as a company (not just iPhone). Apple Vision Pro though is looking really promising 🙌
@@vladtgr sorry for misunderstanding Didn't hear you say that they didn't experiment/innovate or I just forgot.
Great video Vlad, super interesting insight 🫡
Thanks Ben!! 🫡
Super cool stuff! Fun to discover a new channel that's actually engaging and useful.
dude, try doing a one take, you are giving me epilepsy. Read from a script if you have to but the number of cuts you made is too high.
Will try to improve next time ! Thanks for feedback
I get what you're saying but everytime you call someone a ninja it feels a bit childish and removes weight from your argument.
Yeah I get what you mean but just trying to make all these talks sound not so boring
Totally agree! Spending too much time debating over programming languages or frameworks can really slow you down. It’s better to stick with what you already know, build your skills around that, and focus on the bigger picture which is creating a solid product that delivers value. In the end, it's the product's impact that matters, not the tools you use to build it.
Exactly, TOO much debating over frameworks, approaches, etc etc. Speed AND seeing the bigger picture is becoming the main factor
@@vladtgr At the end of the day, shipping the product and solving real problems is what counts. BTW, love your content. Keep it up!

This is a good idea for a channel. Reporting on stuff that people can actually use an implement and launch with rather than just entertainment brain candy. I like it. I hope you keep trying, and I will subscribe to your channel. By the way, I got here via the TH-cam recommended algorithm so it looks like they are recommending smaller channels finally. However, please look into upgrading your audio because your voice needs to be much more crystal clear than it is.
Thanks a lot for your feedback! Glad you are enjoying the content so far 🙏

Appreciate the support !
If someone wants to step into these directions, what would be your advice on getting started giving the technology still so early?
Super hard to give an exact & simple answer. I think the “easiest” thing to do is to start from understanding very specific problems in your space and not even think about any tech. Once you understand and define a specific problem, then start brainstorming whether any emerging hot tech could solve that problem and more importantly how. I see tech as a means to solve some problem , otherwise you will end up using something for the sake of it. Hope this helps.

Amazing Vlog Vlad. I love your idea of making an exciting ecosystem of different verticals that works together not only to generate great monetary value but also to create impact in the tech space and also in the community. Honestly, these kinda videos might be my favorite because I feel so connected and related with you in terms of thinking so dynamically about the future. It feels like I have found someone who is far far ahead of me but because his vision and his ideas feel so accessible, it inspires me to work on my thing too and build wonderful things like you are doing. dedication pays off man, stay consistent!
Lesson learned: - Step out of your own perspective when solving problems-start with the macro view, not the micro. Focus on what's best for the client, not just what you're skilled at. First, understand the core problem and needs, then find the right solution or tools, rather than forcing a fit. Be transparent if you're not the best person for the job-it pays off long-term. Don't work just to close a sale; work to deliver real value to the client, even if that means passing the job to someone else. - Prioritize the best solution for the client, not your own preferences. Kick your ego out of the door. - Business and tech are inseparable- technology should drive business improvement. Build solutions that genuinely work for the client, optimizing cost, speed, and quality to benefit the entire business.
Yes, 100% correct man. From my experience what i see is if you “force” any solution, then in 1,6,12 months it will be obvious to the client that you’ve ok purpose forced tools/solutions that weren’t a 100% fit for them. And then that would damage the relationship. What I sometimes do is tell the client that for example some solution is a 80% fit for them and tell them about all possible risks. And they still want to go ahead with us. So don’t look at it just black and white.
@@vladtgr oh right. thanks man. helpful insight

Vlad, these type of vlogs are a lot more valuable than just vlogs about lifestyle. this is one of my problems with a lot of founder vloggers, they show mostly lifestyle and almost none of what actually they are working on. this content might not be as flashy and not as many people come to it but the people who do, they will be your lifelong followers. thanks for putting out this content. love you mate, keep it up
