Sir performance wise both are same or what metal and ceramic. Should i go with ceramic or metal? I had complex teeths ? I am looking for less duration and durability also good and less appointments? Please suggest metal or ceramic ? My doctor is saying metal is good as he can work comfortably. I need 4-5 micro implants as well Please suggest i shall go with ceramic or metal or both are same only appearance is different

I got 3m lava 15yrs warranty front teeth in my mouth.. my question is how many years the cement lasts in my mouth?
It will easily last for minimum 5 years if you take care of the crown by not biting on hard foods and maintaining a good oral hygiene, minimum 5 years and max it can go a very long time.

my 10 year old son's dentist told me to apply pea size amount twice a day, (best in the morning and bedtime) and yes, you have to spit it out. And in case you swallowed a little amount, that's okay. Dentist did not say to rinse it with water.

Don’t rinse. It’ll keep the good medicine on your teeth all night. My dentist just told me that.
