NGL, I have always felt that all their previous record labels did Marit dirty. She always played second fiddle and most of the time disappears in the backgroud as Marion eats all of the air time. I was really upset at the fact that they made Marit look like a backup singer, and was really glad when I found out that Marit had the better career (of the two) in Norway years after the split. Now that the reunion tour has been announced (and I have already purchased my tickets), I am now willing to let go of the hatred that I once harbored against Marion. It is such a bittersweet reunion that I never thought would happen, but yeah...See you all in May!

So funny because Rosie was in a Swedish movie called Eva och Adam. Movie was huge and she dated the male lead everybody wanted badly for years,because the movie was a tv show first. Six months later she booked Play and she disappeared after that. Many people in Sweden didnt know Play and vise versa. Rosanna was just one of God's favorites.😅😂❤

I’m probably overanalyzing this, but the differences in the two videos for Don’t Say You Love Me are odd. The Pokémon version has a shot of Marion saying the replaced “say you love me” line but the standard video does NOT have that clip and is just a shot of the projector operator closing the electrical box. So why would a special version insert a line of filmed dialogue when just replacing the backing track would have been more convenient? Also, did they film the video with the Pokémon collab in mind already (as it was already a Warner company managing them) or is that shot intended for when the title of the song is sung in the chorus and it fits perfectly with the replaced lyric? It’s interesting.

Them being so relevant and successful but that not transferring to social media is fascinating it reminds me of when pretty well known and popular songs from later decades like the 80s have low streams on music streaming websites. I had their Replay on repeat for like 3 years lol It is a formative album for me.

I had no idea that If A Song Could Get Me You was Marit from M2M!! I used to love listening to them when they first came out of course and then discovered If a song... back on VH1 perhaps? or it was a free single on itunes? I don't remember but it's still a song I constantly listen to to this day. I loved that "indie/hipster" sound that was happening around that time.

I am really excited about their reunion!

M2M was/is huge in The Philippines because they came out at a time when MTV Asia was the biggest thing in Southeast Asia. Great times!
