Random videos, playing games with scammers, testing modifications on cars. Most are single videos from my webcam, or trying to record with my DSLR on my own. Not real easy, but fun.
Short scammer call, he didn't want to waste time with me
Scammer for a vacation. Telling me I had my confirmation number for a Westjet flight drawn for a "free" vacation. I haven't made a flight on Westjet for about 3 years. It's a short one. The video starts before I had a chance to do an introduction, because I was allegedly number 50 for waiting to get on the call, which went by in about 30 seconds. Another indication it's a scam. No way would it only take 30 seconds to be connected if it was legitimate, and they were booking vacations for real people. Pardon the hair, I just got back from work, and it was a physical training day. :)

Before and after of stock exhaust and compared to new Magnaflow catback exhaust. Comparison of volumes, short clips of installation, and driving. As expected, "Carl Anderson" called back, a little perturbed that the Moneygram number wouldn't go through. I've had enough of toying with him, although I was thinking of sending him to Moneygram three or four times with fake numbers. But, it wasn't entertaining for me anymore. I'm really surprised we had five parts to these videos, and no obscene language.

"Carl Anderson" calls yet again. Still claiming I won a car and $100K Canadian. I've had enough of him, so I gave him a fake Moneygram number. I expect him to call back once he knows the number is fake, and we'll have a throwdown. Pretty sure only one more video in this series. Can't wait for the threats. :)

Well, "Carl Anderson" called again. I asked him a few questions he obviously wasn't prepared for, it kind of threw him off his script. The calls are getting shorter, he may be realizing I'm on to him.

I got a call back from "Carl Anderson" (more likely Mr Hussain, a name he gave me during the call) to follow up on delivering the AMG G45 (there's a GLA45, but no G45, so I'm not 100% sure he knows what model he is going after. His model nomenclature is pretty sketchy. We'll see if there will be a part 3 this week. I have a few more things up my sleeve if he does call back. Anyway, enjoy!

This is a before and after of the rear resonator removal on a 2011 3.6l Chrysler 300. The resonator removal was to see if there was an increase in performance, and I wanted to see how much louder it would be driving. What exhaust should I put on my 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T ScatPack WideBody? Should I put on Borla or Magnaflow XMOD?
It depends on your personal taste. I compared video clips of sound before I got the Magnaflow. The Borla sounded more raspy to me, and I preferred the deeper tone of the Magnaflow. But, some people prefer louder and more raspy.
Hi James, lower mainland guy here. Don't know if you still have the car, but I'm looking at this exact same Magnaflow 19209 for my Hemi 5.7. After you had it for a long time, anything else to add, especially with drone? I don't want to make my wife upset.
Why didn't you get the 392? Do you prefer the 5.7 to the 6.4?
1) the dealership didn't have any. 2) the 5.7 was in my budget. 3) haven't had the car since 2018, when I traded in for a 2018 Corvette.

Not in Canada. In Canada winning a car, or house, or lottery is tax exempt. In the case of a lottery, you only pay tax on the interest earned on the principal.

I had no CEL come on. I don't think it would affect emissions, as the catalytic convertor wasn't removed.

Great work. I can see why the older people are the ones falling for these scams. Learning to spot some early warning signs to help prevent this crime from happening is an ultimate goal as online scams still on the rise. I appreciate the fact you drill down to the small details how scams are being made and I think it's important, because some are clueless in recognizing a scam. bringing up the scam details, helps to understand in what situation we are at. If you feel you have been a victim of internet scams like this there is a government website you can go and report this. Go to ic3, There you will link up to an FBI law enforcement website or contact losangelesacfe@gmail,com certified fraud examiners that offers a list of investigation and restitution services for free, there it will tell you what you need to have to report the crime. Once you have the information needed you will be able to file a complaint and you will be directed from there.

My sxt has a 5.6 0-60
At 4500+ ft altitude, unless it's modified, it wouldn't. Motor Trend, with a professional tester, ran a 2015 SXT Plus in 6 seconds, official time is 6.1 for stock SXTs. That was at a much lower altitude than 4500 ft.

@@MrLOGAN0045 just the weight. They're a fairly heavy car. Having said that, I liked the ride much more than a Camaro or Mustang, a lot of that comes from a few hundred extra lbs.
How much did it cost? I’m thinking with all the clamps someone could save the labor and do it themselves.
It would be easy to do with a hoist. I didn't have one. I paid $80 or so for installation, IIRC, around 3/4 hour labor.
You should invest in a windscreen for your audio.

That's not correct. The vast majority of people who get scammed are people who pay their taxes. The worthless scammers play on people's fears that they made a mistake in filing their returns.
Told the one who phoned me my name was Officer Bartolomew Jay Simpson, but everyone calls me Bart, he still found my file. Then continued by demanding he address me in the other official language of Canada, as every CRA employee had to be fluent in both to work there. He didn't know that French is our other official language, so I resorted to speaking German (not French) to him (I'm fluent), refusing to speak English. Didn't stop him, told me the RCMP were coming to arrest me in half an hour at the Post Office box number address I gave him. So I reverted back to English, told him it would be a little longer as I was the local RCMP officer, and was on my hour long lunch break, could he just FAX me the warrant as I wanted to double check the judges signature to see which idiot had signed it.(no offence to any judges out there)..... He hung up!
