All of those things require discipline, which was attacked and looked down upon from basically the 90’s till now, (participation trophy generation here) so now we have too many of us wanting these results but are unwilling to put in the effort. Discipline sucks sometimes, but it works.

Thanks mam, i am kinda bottom i can go. I dropped out of uni, then i got divorced as i got a huge loss in my business and no job and yes i can't go lower than this as also i am at 39 at bmi. Also 30years old. I think i will try one last time to make everything right one last time. As i got 3month worth of food and rents and with that i will be left with 80usd after 3months. If i cant change everything you know what will happen to me. I will give you update after 3month. See you soon.
