Subject: PR for 60th anniversary of Uof'A's VARSITY lacrosse 1965 "PERFECT SEASON", the also inaugural Varsity season for college lacrosse "West of the Mississippi" (Rocky Mountain and Pacific Coast Division Champions and WCLA Conference Champion. Note: we started the Tucson Lacrosse Club in 1966 after UofA's VARSITY program collapsed at the end of the 1966 season. I respectfully request you read the first 40 pages of Jeffrey Pfeiffer's book, University of Arizona Lacrosse, History, Tradition and Pride 1962-2009. I am asking for your help in saving the true history of Arizona/western lacrosse. My participation/creds in this history is outlined in my 2022 UofA Club Hall of Fame bio (Arizona's men's lacrosse website). Its a great story, its a true true story worthy of saving. I am asking for your help in doing this. Hard to do but now have to congratulate ASU on winning the SLC title and start chanting "Go Devil"s, instead of "Go Wildcats". I was a lucky enough veteran to be running coached by him via RWB, serving (USAF, 1980 hon.) at Cold War Europe's western nuclear outpost RAF Woodbridge, UK. Sean has unique management and motivational skills that transcend the sport. We athletes and vets alike are extremely fortunate to have this kind of leadership, expertise, and selfless dedication working for us. Like the regimented discipline and comradeship we experienced in the military, the visceral and intellectual sharing forges a bond that thrives in duress. And what is key is it enables strengths embodied within a person and a team, a formula for success on the field and in life..

Awesome Coach from Rockland. Wish he was my high school coach. My sister plays for the women’s team at the U19 girls lacrosse team. 8-0 and could not play for a medal. I hope the women’s team goes deep this year. Go PR LAX!!!
