My problem with how it was in the movie is that they didn't play it enough. I do wish they used the Sonic Symphony version, too.

I agree I've would've preferred the whole section of them fighting robots to be 4 minutes and 29 seconds, which is the full length of the song. But I'm happy with what we got, it was still impactful.

As much as it felt amazing to hear those few seconds of actual Live and Learn in cinema, thank you for making this. I was so hyped up for months before the movie came out after reading a TH-cam comment somewhere saying that a Crush 40 track was gonna be in the movie to only get like 5 seconds of the OG track 🥲

Yea they over used the one part of the song too much and it for sure woulda been cooler if we got a better orchestral version of it rather than the same part for practically the whole scene

There’s another video where someone put an acoustic version of LaL while Sonic and Shadow are talking, and I gotta say, if there was that, and it led up to the opening note of the actual LaL, that’s how I would have done it. I bet people would have lost their shit.

Omg am I the only one who did not know that when they are normal sonics quills are spiked down and shadows are spiked up but when they're in super form it's the opposite that is such a cute detail lol 😭

I personally feel like the original is for different situations and more game like, but a movie, the movie version works.

Nah the original is better , the song is more synced with the scenes and in a better version , the only thing i liked is that it doesn't get interrupted by the eggman and gerald joke

The reason it was more cut up in the film was to sandwich in more of the Robotnik double-act slapstick and as much as I enjoyed that, I will agree that my one major note of this film is that it needed to be toned down for the final act. An edit like this is definitely one solid way of fixing it.
